This week we have already posted twice about the next upcoming episode for Game of Thrones called Sons of Winter. This will be the forth episode in the series leaving two more to come before it is finished. Today Telltale Games has released a trailer for Sons of Winter as well as a more official release date for when it will be arriving, which will be next week.
Back in October 2014 we reported on Amazon Game Studio announcing three games that would be heading our way soon. One of those games is called Till Morning’s Light, which was developed by WayForward, and after a somewhat lengthy wait, it is now available for Amazon Fire devices over on Amazon’s Appstore.
Even though we have a week before the new Portal themed pinball table from Zen Studios arrives for all platforms including Android, the fine folks over at Zen Studios shared with us some Tip and Tricks that you might want to keep in mind for when you do end up playing this table once it is released. A rather interesting and dark looking puzzle arcade game will be making its way to Android soon called Ember’s Journey. When we say dark looking though, we don’t mean creepy or that kind of ‘dark’. Instead we literally mean dark and this is because the only light in this game comes from your character.
RESCUE: Heroes in Action is an upcoming strategy simulation game that will be arriving next month onto mobile devices. Currently in development by Fragment Production, RESCUE: Heroes in Action is all about saving people as a firefighter before they burn to death horribly. Well maybe it isn’t that gruesome but the goal is to work with your team of firefighters to save before who happen to be in trouble.
On Monday we reported on Telltale Games and the fact they had begun teasing the next episode for their Game of Thrones series called Sons of Winter. This will be episode 4 which means there will be two more episodes after this new one is released, and then the series will be done. When this new episode was revealed the other day, there was just a promo image to go by, but now we have some screenshots to check out.
The Twitch application for mobile devices keeps getting better and better and this new update that arrived today is no exception to that either. This latest update brings another feature a lot of people have been wanting for some time: on-demand VODs to watch.
Iruna Online, for those of you not familiar with this game, is a full 3D MMORPG from Asobimo which was released some time ago. Iruna Online has received an update that has added two additional classes for people to check out and play, one being a new support type class, and the other being a new strong attack/defense type class.
One of the most anticipated games this year for mobile, and mainly all video game platforms, was Mortal Kombat X. While the game was supposed to be released around the same time as the iOS version, the Android version ended up being weeks late over every other platform the game was released on. We may never know the real reason this happened but now that the game has been out for roughly a week or so globally, everyone has had a chance to play it. What could have ended up as a barrier breaking fantastic game actually ended up being a decent game when you need to kill some time.
There are already a decent amount of drag n’ drop game engines and other styles of engines that aim to make developing video games a whole lot easier. Bloxels is a new system that is looking for funding on Kickstarter and this system aims to allow even the most code-illiterate kids and adults the ability to make video games.
