Fans of MMORPGs have another, rather big one, to sink their time into as of this morning. Webzen has globally launched MU: Origin onto Android today after a closed beta and a little bit of a soft launch for additional testing. This particular game is actually an MMORPG and not the type that has become popular to label as an MMORPG, which are really just collectible RPGs with some PvP mechanics.

There’s a lot of people Pokemon GO right now, and this probably won’t change anytime soon either. Unfortunately, in order to play this game you need to have it running, along with your Location/GPS going, and of course, you yourself need to be keeping an eye on everything going on in the game. This may not seem like a lot, but when you’re running around hunting Pokemon while doing other activities, you tend to miss capturing some of them.
We are going to be starting a new series of articles, it’ll be a weekly series, where Android gamers will be able to write in to us expressing their gripes and complaints towards a particular game, developer, or just something about the industry that has them bothered or angry. It’ll be a pretty raw series of articles, where you’re free to express your thoughts about something without the worry of any censorship or anything like that.
A little update has come around for Google Play that should make developers and some of us media folk happy. Google has now begun showing the actual download size for games and apps available on Google Play. Up until now, there has just been a general size listed, if one was listed at all. Many of them just say ‘Varies per Device’.
SpaceHeist is a co-op multiplayer Android game that’s just recently landed on Google Play. In this game, you will be playing with another 1-2 players, all of whom are trying to escape a variety of different hazards while flying around in space. Since this is a co-op game, you’ll all need to work as a team in order to succeed.

Back in the beginning of this year we talked about a competitive running game that would be heading to mobile devices at some point this year. Well it looks like ReRunners is pretty much done and getting ready for launch as the developers Klang Games, and publishers Tilting Point, have announced that this game will be landing on Google Play this month.

This week’s round-up is half made up of new titles going on sale, and the other half being repeats from last week. One of the highly anticipated games many people have been waiting for is Borderlands 2 for the Nvidia Shield devices. We have covered the upcoming arrival of this game a couple of times here, and now we get to cover the actual release by Versus Evil (developed by Gambrinous) for their Guild of Dungeoneering title. Originally released as a PC title, Guild of Dungeoneering is a mix of old school dungeon crawler with some of the newer card mechanics, all wrapped up in hand-drawn visuals.
Kairosoft has released another RPG/Sim hybrid game onto Android called Legends of Heropolis. Unlike a lot of other Kairosoft games though, this one doesn’t have you starting off as a fledgling company of some kind. Instead you are in control of an entire town that has been destroyed which you will need to rebuild.
