Tomorrow is Thursday and if you hadn’t noticed lately it seems like Thursday has become the designated day in each week where a lot of games get released onto mobile. One such game we have already talked about is Apoc Wars, an extremely popular Facebook game that will be coming to Android and iOS through DeNA’s Mobage social gaming platform.
While at the time of our original post there was no release date mentioned, although early sign-ups had gone live, apparently Apoc Wars will be heading to Android and iOS tomorrow. For those of you who missed our previous coverage for this game, this is an MMORTS type of title which has a more Borderlands feel to it, at least visually to some degree. However you will have all the tasks you would in any other game of this nature such as gathering resources, researching technology for upgrades, building structure and creating your army.

Since this is a Facebook game and it will be published by Mobage, Apoc Wars will be a free-to-play title with optional in-game purchases. If you signed up early for this game, you’ll be getting your reward when it starts up. Head on over to Apoc Wars’ official site for additional detail you might want to read up on before jumping into the game.
Update May 30th, 2013 9:18am PST: Quick update regarding the release of Apoc Wars, the iOS version is now out but the Android version will be released in a little bit but it won’t be today.
