EA quietly release Battlefield: Bad Company 2 for the Xperia Play on their Flexion Store.

EA is being sneaky these days it seems as last week we saw the quiet launch of their Android Flexion store along with one game being released for the Xperia Play called D.A.R.K. Well this week we find another game quietly released onto the EA Flexion Store in the form of Battlefield: Bad Company 2.

Based of the hit PC/Console game, Battlefield: Bad Company 2 is pretty much what you would expect it to be, a 3D FPS (first-person shooter) game. There isn’t a lot of high quality FPS games for Android just yet but Battlefield: Bad Company 2 looks to change that with some great FPS gameplay along with some pretty solid looking visuals. Unfortunately, for everyone who doesn’t own an Xperia Play, we will have to wait until it to be done being an Xperia Play exclusive.

Features:

  • 14 Single-player missions across 5 different battle zones
  • Lot’s of weapons and vehicles to use
  • Great graphics
  • Xperia Play control support

To get this game you will need to head over to the EA Flexion Store on your Xperia Play and considering this is their Flexion store, there will most likely be some countries who can not access this. We do know that it is available for people in the UK and people in Canada. We don’t have an Xperia Play right now so we are not sure what the price is so if anyone can access it and let us know, that would be great.

It is definitely good to see another triple-A title landing on Android even if it is outside the Android Market. If you can’t get it, you can always check out the video below our resident tipster recorded. Speaking of which, thanks to Roger Lyons and Legion for sending this in!
