Last week we talked about the next game Glu Mobile was gearing up to release called Frontline Commando: D-Day. Well Glu Mobile has gone ahead and released the game onto Google Play as of a couple of days ago. For those of you who missed our last article about Frontline Commando: D-Day, this game is themed around World War II battles.
Frontline Commando: D-Day is a third-person shooter set in the WWII era where players will take on the role of a soldier and take part in some of the more famous battles that took place during WWII. The game comes with a pretty big single-player campaign, with 5 separate campaigns that include 145 separate missions based on the actual beach landings: Juno, Sword, Utah, Gold and Omaha.
This game features some pretty solid visuals to enjoy, plenty of WWII weaponry to use and lots of enemies to kill. There are destructible environments as well and players won’t just have to shoot people but take down other objectives such as taking out a tank with a bazooka or calling in an airstrike. To round everything out, this game comes with full voice over acting as well.
For those of you who have been waiting for this game to arrive, Frontline Commando: D-Day is now available to download off of Google Play for free. Of course as with all Glu Mobile titles, Frontline Commando: D-Day does come with IAPs as well.
