Yesterday Amazon killed their Free App of the Day program to replace it with something called Amazon Underground. This is a new service, complete with its own application, where any application or game for Android can be placed into and offered to consumers completely for free. No IAPs, no download costs, no fees, nothing. Why? Because developers will be paid based on their app’s usage.

We’ve been following the development for Vivid Games’ upcoming Real Boxing 2 title since it was announced not too long ago. We even got to get some hands-on time with the game during Gamescom 2015. Unfortunately though we were unable to take any pictures or video for you, our readers, while we were playing Real Boxing 2. Scribbled Arena – Pocket Edition is a new cross-platform multiplayer PvP game from developers Apar Games. As you can probably guess from the game’s name, Scribbled Arena features some rather good ‘drawn’ style visuals as well as real-time combat with other players.
Fans of the Walking Dead franchise, or anything that contains zombies in it for that matter, have a new game to check out called the Walking Dead: Road to Survival. Whether you use an axe, a gun, or some other weapon, you’ll be fighting both zombies and other players for the right to survive.
It is turning out to be a pretty epic week for game releases on Android. A game that we have been following for quite some time, will finally be making its way to Android this week. Loveshack Entertainment found they had a huge hit on their hands, when they released the premium-priced game Framed on iOS in 2014.
[UPDATE: Game Released] Square Enix confirms Lara Croft GO release date and reveals new screenshots
Today seems to be a busy day for Square Enix as the company has launched their Final Fantasy Portal App as well as Final Fantasy VII onto iOS. Android users are supposed to be getting the Portal App as well, but so far Square Enix hasn’t announced a release date for Final Fantasy VII for Android, or if it will even be coming at all. In the meantime though, Square Enix has confirmed the release date for Lara Croft GO for mobile as well as releasing new screenshots as well.

Having already been an Ouya exclusive, the award winning Whispering Willows is now set to drop on multiple platforms this summer, which will include Android at large. Within this game, players will assume the role of a young lady by the name of Elena.
Square Enix is gearing up to release their rather great looking Tomb Raider themed game called Lara Croft GO tomorrow, but today the company has released a developer diary video. This is a sort of behind-the-scenes look at the development behind Lara Croft GO.
Released by MARPO productions, Soccer Pong is a very simple soccer game. Players assume the role of a soccer player wearing a red jersey, with a view of the field being top down, with a goal at each end.
Dogfire Games will be releasing their first major title onto Android next month called Major Contract. This particular title is a side-scrolling arcade game where players must collect resources from different planets in order to complete mining contracts that you get.
