Vivid Games releases the first gameplay screenshots for their upcoming Real Boxing 2 game

We’ve been following the development for Vivid Games’ upcoming Real Boxing 2 title since it was announced not too long ago. We even got to get some hands-on time with the game during Gamescom 2015. Unfortunately though we were unable to take any pictures or video for you, our readers, while we were playing Real Boxing 2. However, we are now able to show you some of the gameplay thanks to new screenshots from our friends over at Vivid Games.

For those of you not familiar with this game, Real Boxing 2 is the sequel to Vivid Games’ popular boxing game on mobile. Real Boxing 2 takes everything that the original game did well and expands on it while adding more features on top of it. The visuals were built using Unreal Engine 4, so you can expect to see all the lovely details of sweat, blood, and missing teeth to be there.

Players will be able to have up to 4 fighters available at any time, which means you can have multiple characters on the go without having to start over. When picking your fighter(s), there are different types you can choose, ranging from more agile speedy fighter to heavy hitters, and everything in between. Your fighters can be outfitted with different equipment, some of which is special giving your fighter stat boosts and can be upgraded to level up along side your character as he does as well. Other equipment provides aesthetic changes only.

Real Boxing 2 will have both single-player and multiplayer content available including a Career Mode for hopeful champions to partake in. There will even be ‘bosses’ that you can beat for additional rewards and Events to participate in. Interestingly enough, there will also be contracts you can do for extra money.

A Special Move in Real Boxing 2

Hopefully there will be some sort of beta in the near future, and if there is we will be sure to let everyone know when and where to sign up for it. We are also hoping to get an early build to do more hands-on with Real Boxing 2 and show some of the gameplay to you in action. In the meantime, you can check out our hnads-on from Gamescom 2015 as well as these new screenshots. Real Boxing 2 is slated for release in Q4 2015.
