A new dual-stick shooter has arrived onto Android called Minigore 2: Zombies. Developed by the same folks who created Ice Rage, your job is to help John Gore fight his way through various locations and eventually to the legendary Metusalem who has brought back to life everything from murderous zombie chefs to killer penguins.

Back in the later months of 2013 we covered EA’s announcement of Dungeon Keeper at Gamescom 2013 and then when it went into a location specific soft launch shortly afterwards. Since then it has remained in a soft launch status until today as EA has finally launches the game globally and available for everyone who have been waiting patiently for its release.

Marvel has released a new game onto Android which up until now was never really announced. This new game is called Marvel Run Jump Smash and as you are probably guessing from the title, this new game is an endless runner but with a little more action than most of them, sort of like Punch Quest.

Supercell’s wildly popular PvP-centric RTS game Clash of Clans has had an update pushed to it that brings new heroes abilities and better clan management to the game. A lot of these new abilities are pretty powerful so chances are you will want to take advantage of them.
[Update: Now available] DotEmu announces R-Type II, heading to Android devices in the near future
DotEmu has announced what their next retro game port will be an it is the sequel to the arcade shooter franchise R-Type. Originally released by IREM in 1989, R-Type II is now slated for release onto Android and iOS in the near future. While there isn’t a ton of details regarding this new game, we do have an early trailer that we get to check out.
Madfinger Games has pushed out an update for their popular FPS zombie game Dead Trigger 2 today. This update brings with it a bunch of new features both pertaining to the actual gameplay as well as some additional social features. There happens to be new weapons, warfare and content along with additional tweaks to the game.
Nintendo has already made it abundantly clear that the company will never bring their games over to smartphones and tablets, at least not in any foreseeable future. However rumors have started up that the company was planning to release mini-games onto mobile devices, a rumor that Nintendo is all the more happy to squash right away.
While Google still works on getting Google Glass ready for official public consumption, the company has decided to build five games for the wearable technology in the hopes that it will encourage developers to make more games for it. Before now there have been a few games made for Google Glass but that is about it.
