[Updated] Neverending Nightmares, a horror game about mental illness, up on Kickstarter. Coming to Ouya and possibly tablets

You may see a few articles floating around other websites right now about a developer who suffered a rather big defeat with one of his other games, called Retro/Grade, but is taking another stab at it with a new psychological horror game called Neverending Nightmares. Currently up on Kickstarter for additional funding as well as Steam Greenlight for voting, Neverending Nightmare is partly based on Retro/Grade creator Matt Gilgenbach’s own experience in dealing with mental health and the dark place he was after Retro/Grade.

Have you ever known someone who loves to have fun and dye their hair, but they lack the commitment or resources to do it well? They may briefly create a façade of being someone else but given a little time it all begins to slowly come apart? That’s probably the most polite thought I have about Table Top Racing Premium Edition, as you’ll find it in the Tegra Zone. While they may claim your investment has bought you an enhanced 1080p experience you can play on your TV plus awesome analog control with your Shield Controller I’m here to tell you that resolution and analog control aren’t going to make a barely gussied up cel phone game look or play any better.

Out Now: Hit the Sand with Beach Buggy Racing from Vector Unit

Vector Unit has released a sequel to its popular racing title Beach Buggy Blitz. The new game, Beach Buggy Racing, is now available to download for all racing fans that enjoy more arcade type racing. If you are unfamiliar with Vector Unit, they have produced high-quality, visually engaging racing games such as Riptide GP, Riptide GP 2, Shine Runner and of course Beach Buggy Blitz. New puzzle game Birzzle Fever from HalfBrick is now available on Android

If you’re a fan of match three styled games (Bejeweled and Candy Crush are the big ones in that genre), Halfbrick Studios (makers of Fruit Ninja and Jetpack Joyride) has released a new game called Brizzle Fever that you might want to take a look at. This avian themed game is (in some respects) like many other games of that genre: players are given a board and asked to clear pieces by matching three or more of a single kind.
