Just because the work week is over, doesn’t mean there aren’t great games to be discovered. If you are in a rush, and only have a few moments to get some gaming in this weekend, you should try a game called Fast Finger by BluBox Games. It is a fast-thinking, puzzle solving game. All that is required, is moving your fingertip, as quickly as possible, from the start of the puzzle, to the finish line. Can you do it?
The newest Humble Mobile Bundle has begun and featuring six very good games as a starting point for this particular bundle. Depending on the price you pay, you will either receive three games or six games, with more titles to be added a week from this bundle’s starting time.
Developers going by the name of Dead Mage have announced that they are currently working on bringing Epic Of Kings to the Nvidia Shield Tablet sometime early next year. While this is being announced for the Nvidia Shield Tablet, there is also mention that it will be arriving for Android in general as well although most likely for the higher end devices.
LIke it’s predecessor, EP0CH 2 is a rail shooter from Uppercut Games. Whereas the initial release had as many ups as it had downs, the second release in this franchise is vastly improved in just about every way (save for the IAPs that continue to be included in this paid game).
Coffee Time, a new game studio based in Bordeaux, France, has mixed two exceedingly popular game genres. They chose to combine a match three puzzle type of game with tower defense. The result of their experiment has formed an intriguing game called Splode ‘N’ Die. It will be available in the next few weeks for your Android devices.
The Samsung Gear VR headset seems to be really picking up steam these days and one of the more anticipated games for it is called Darknet by indie developer E McNeill. His game recently won the Best Gameplay at the Proto Awards and it is turning out to be one of the bigger titles to launch for the Samsung Gear VR headset.
There are numerous endless runner type of games on mobile right now and a lot of them tend to be very similar to one another. Thankfully some of them actually try to be as different as possible even though they are in an over-saturated genre of gaming. Octagon is a little different than the typical endless runner though.

Way back in November of 2012 we reported on the development studio Origin8 who were in the midst of developing the fourth installment into their Sentinel franchise called Sentinel 4: Dark Star. Since then we have had a few bits of information released here and there about the Android version’s progress. Today we get to finally stop waiting and get our hands on Sentinel 4: Dark Star.
Emulating another operating system on a platform not native to said operating system isn’t a new thing. There are plenty of emulators out there that can emulate just about anything you want, even on a platform like Samsung Gear Live. So while putting Window95 onto your Gear Live might seem a bit odd of an idea at first, until the cool factor sets in. Of course playing DOOM on it definitely adds to that.
