Sick of the gaming news relating to games coming to the Kindle Fire? Well perhaps this might get you a bit more excited, especially if you happen to own a Kindle Fire or plan on getting one. There is a great looking new game that has just appeared on nVidia’s Tegra Zone called Meltdown on Mars THD. This is a mix of top-down action gaming and Tower Defense genres where you will have to defend your player using turrets and other goodies that you would find in a Tower Defense game.
Gameloft has also gotten into the Thanksgiving spirit it seems and is offering Xperia Play owners a 2-for-1 deal on their Xperia Play optimized titles. In total there are 6 titles listed for participation for this promotion including games like 9mm, Order & Chaos MMORPG, Asphalt 6 and Starfront: Collision HD.
Back in the early ’90s there was a game released called Dizzy: Prince of the Yolkfolk for the home computers that existed back then such as the Commodore 64 and other older PCs. This old school game is getting a facelift and coming into the modern age thanks to developers Codemasters.

A few days ago Glu Mobile released an Infinity Blade style of game called Blood & Glory which was basically a Roman Gladiator type of arena game made with Unreal Engine. While the game itself is pretty fun to play, albeit freemium, there was one thing missing from the game, actual blood.
It’s no secret that Square Enix has plans to make a big push into the Android Market after a slew of announced titles back during the Tokyo Game show that happened recently. Today they have officially announced their Android store for their Android games which will debut in Japan.
There is a new game coming to Android from Red Fly Studios called Inertia: Escape Velocity which is a physics-based action platformer. You will be use the game’s unique gameplay mechanic to manipulate gravity in order to float and glide through each level, navigating around force fields, barriers, and other obstacles, while collecting space debris for points.
Naoplay has announced their upcoming game which will be released on both Android and iOS called MetroJoust. This new game will be jousting like the medieval times except it will be in modern day, on moving vehicles like motorcycles and scooters.
