OnLive Inc, for those of you who haven’t heard about them, is a company that offers instant gaming of major game titles to your TV, PC or Mac. While normally you would have to have these games installed on your PC/Mac or own the game for your console system, OnLive lets you play them via ‘the cloud’. The Android app turns this into a spectator sport.

Verizon will be pushing out a new update to Droid X owners in the very near future, version 2.3.340. Included in this update, according to the documents, is EA Mobile’s Madden 2011 game which was supposed to be available by now to Android gamers. Considering this, it looks like the reason it hasn’t bee released is due to Verizon nabbing an exclusive on it.
It seems as though we should start calling every Monday in the Android community “Device Monday” or at least just for today. We just got a tip on Twitter from our friend Junde regarding the upcoming Meizu M9 and M9II phones, slated for release in China. Why are we reporting about phones in China? Android has no borders!
