Yesterday Rovio began teasing a new Angry Birds game that is slated to head our way soon. However yesterday’s announcement didn’t have a whole lot of details but Rovio did say we would get more details today and sure enough we now know what this new game is called – Angry Birds Stella.

Rovio has begun teasing yet another Angry Birds game that they will be releasing soon, once again beating a dead horse with a stick even more when it comes to the Angry Birds franchise. In all seriousness though, this game will have to be something spectacular for this new game to not seem like a rehashing of their previous titles.
Usually when you get an update to a game that contains new characters, they happen to be ones that can move and do things. With the new Angry Birds Star Wars II update that just arrived this is mostly true, except for the fact that you can fling a carbonite frozen Han Solo at pigs until your heart’s happy.
Yesterday in our article about King and all the crap they are going through, we comments that it is always fun times in the gaming industry and apparently Rovio is having some fun times of their own. An article in the New York Times has posted that “spies could be lurking in the background to snatch data” when you open and play popular games like Angry Birds.
Rovio has released a pretty big update for Angry Birds Star Wars which appears to be wrapping up this edition of the Star Wars series for the franchise. This update brings a total of 30 new levels to the game along with a big boss fight with the main bad guys themselves, Lard Vader and the Emperor.
We’ve reported on Rovio’s newest Angry Birds game heading our way a few times now and today sees Angry Birds GO finally making its way onto Google Play for free. For those of you who have missed our previous coverage, Angry Birds GO is Rovio’s answer to the kart racing genre.
As we get closer to Christmas more and more games are being updated with holiday themed content for gamers to enjoy. Three notable games have had updates pushed out with holiday themed goodies to enjoy and while the Angry Birds Seasons update landed last week, Terraria and Temple Run 2 both were updated within the last 24 hours.
The original Angry Birds game by Rovio has received an update today that brings with it an additional 30 levels for players to work their way through. The levels take place in a new lab environment where the pigs are apparently conducting some sort of experiment which you’ll end up stopping as you massacre all the pigs in each level.
Last week we reported on GungHo Entertainment teaming up with Warner Bros to have what we considered to be one of the weirdest cross-over events in mobile gaming. The event brought Batman: Arkham Origins character to GungHo’s widely popular Puzzle & Dragons game for players to battle and collect. Now another event has been announced which is almost as weird as this one but this time it’ll be GungHo Entertainment teaming up with Rovio.
Rovio has pushed out a new update for their Angry Birds Star Wars II game which brings with it not only news levels but also new playable characters as well. There also happens to be new secret chapters to try to find as well for those of you who like to find everything hidden in every single game you play.
