Sparkin’ Apps has announced that it will be bringing it’s Monster Warrior game over to Android soon. Monster Warrior is a Fruit Ninja style game where you have to slide monster heads as they come onto your screen using swipe gestures similar to Fruit Ninja.

Developed by Halfbrick Studios, the game has well over 100,000 downloads at around a dollar each. It has been rated over 18,000 times and is rated a strong 4.5/5 stars.
This is another game we got to play with back in CES 2011. Coming from Halfbrick, the crew that brought us Fruit Ninja, comes Fruit Ninja THD. This is a high definition version of the Fruit Ninja game with all the graphics redone for Tegra 2 Android devices. When we played this at CES 2011, it looked 100x better.
Back in the beginning of November we reported on Fruit Ninja by Halfbrick being slated to receive an update which will bring the Arcade mode everyone has been wanting to the Android version in the near future. While the iOS version got the update pretty quick, Android gamers were starting to feel like it’d never come.

nVidia at CES is sporting some great products with a strong focus on Android gaming. One of their upcoming products is called Tegra Zone which will be a marketplace for Android devices to go to and users can purchase Tegra 2 optimized games to play on their Tegra 2 Android devices. This isn’t just another market though!

Fruit Ninja, developed by Halfbrick, is a fruit chopping game that tests your agility and dexterity. Just be sure to only cut the fruit and don’t cut any bombs, or else…well..you blow up which means the fruit wins and you fail as a Ninja.
Android gaming craziness starts first this in the morning and goes strong all day it seems lately. Two updates to talk about right away for two big games currently out right now. Angry Birds received a beta update today along with Fruit Ninja as well. Angry Birds was a bit bigger of an update while Fruit Ninja added another feature this morning.
