We haven’t talked about a game going to Kickstarter for funding in awhile but today a new title is looking for funding and it looks very promising. Rogue Wizards RPG is the game and it is being developer by Spellbind Studios. This is their first game that will also be released onto multiple platforms (Android, iOS, PC) but the biggest aspect about this Kickstarter campaign is that it has praise from some seriously big people in the game industry: the creators of Diablo, Torchlight, Left 4 Dead, and Marvel Heroes.

Ubisoft has already released a companion app for the Assassin’s Creed IV game as well as Assassin’s Creed Pirates onto Android. But as for an actual Assassin’s Creed game, there isn’t one yet. Gamevil has begun teasing their next RPG release for Android called Darkness Reborn with its first teaser trailer. There isn’t a whole lot of details available right now regarding this new game but the current belief is that this is technically the sequel to the company’s Dark Avenger RPG that was released onto Android not too long ago.
A new FPS has hit Google Play today called Kill Shot from Hothead Games. This is the company’s first FPS title and it focuses a lot on being a sniper more than anything else. However you do get to get up close and personal with a shotgun and a Negev looking type of gun and other less long range weaponry.

Konami, in partnership with tri-Ace, have a time-manipulating RPG coming our way soon called Chronos Ring. If you are a fan of old school RPGs, you may instantly think of the old Chrono franchise (Chrono Trigger etc etc) from Square Enix but as far as we can tell, this is not part of that franchise although the box art and name tend to say otherwise.
Mojang’s TCG title Scrolls has been put on sale in preparation for its official release on all platforms and this includes Android tablets. Since then it has been in beta status for quite some time for PC gamers.
11-Bit Studios is gearing up to release what will be the last chapter in the Anomaly series called Anomaly Defenders. Originally this game was released onto Steam back in May of this year and we had hoped that the Android version would also launch at around the same time. Unfortunately that didn’t happen but the wait appears to be ending soon as 11-Bit Studios has announced that Anomaly Defenders will be landing on Android next week.
A new endless running game has arrived onto Android called R.G.B. from Invictus Games. This isn’t your standard endless runner though as it features game mechanics similar to that of Guitar Hero. You have three rows, each with their own little character running on them. Each row can have one of three colors appear on itl and when a color comes up to one of your characters, you have to tap there on the screen to swap the correctly colored character to that row.
Wayward Souls is a dungeon crawler/RPG by Noodlecake Studios. It has a few interesting features that are noteworthy. It has a bit of a rogue -like influence as the game uses “procedurally generated random levels”, or in other words its levels are randomly generated.
