It seems either EA Mobile is currently confused as to how the Android Market works or perhaps they got into another exclusive deal with another carrier, either way though it seems EA Mobile have been busy removing, re-uploading, changing prices and more with their games.
When it comes to game engines, Unity3D is right up there among the top with the likes of Unreal Engine 3 and Shive3D. The upcoming update to the recently released Unity3D ver.3 will including a lot of optimizaition geared towards mobile graphics for both iOS and Android. However, we only care about the Android end of things.
Back in the beginning of November we reported on Fruit Ninja by Halfbrick being slated to receive an update which will bring the Arcade mode everyone has been wanting to the Android version in the near future. While the iOS version got the update pretty quick, Android gamers were starting to feel like it’d never come.
Our friends over at Kongregate, one of the biggest sites for playing high quality Flash games, released an app the other day called the Kongregate Arcade App. This was to give all us Android gamers access to over 300+ Flash games to play on our Android devices. Unfortunately, a few hours later it was pulled off the Android Market.
A while back when everyone was jumping on the Flash games support bandwagon when Flash was announced to be available on Android, one of the major Flash game companies, PopCap, announced it would be supporting/converting games for Android. Plants vs Zombies and Peggle were the first two to arrive for Android devices.
What we are going to call the first content update for Dungeon Defenders: First Wave was released yesterday and among the changes are some new features that should make the game even more fun. We are talking about new Familiars/Pets for characters, adjustments to difficulties and a new mission. Full changelog after the break.
Well, as we like to say often, the wait is finally over. HyperDevBox has released their newest game which is a full sized Tactical RPG for your Android phone called, Spectral Souls. This is a beast of a game coming in at 1GB in size before install and it is suggested you have 1.5GB free for all the data on your SD card.
Remember yesterday’s article about the S5830 we had some leaked pictures of and was being referred to as a mini phone? Well we now have a name for the device and it is called the Samsung Galaxy Ace. No other real information is known just yet regarding the stats except for what we posted already.
If you enjoy the type of games where all you have to worry about is tapping the screen mindlessly, then this game isn’t for you.
