Gamevil is certainly making a push this month on Android with multiple game releases already. Today they have released yet another title onto the Google Play store, this one being a ‘social’ war game called Last War. I will say the term ‘social war game’ does make me chuckle a bit.
Yesterday we talked about Gameloft who had begun teasing their next blockbuster hit game through an app on Facebook where users could clear pixels off of a black image, slowly revealing exclusive art from whatever game it was supposed to be. A lot of people guessed it would be N.O.V.A 3 and indeed it looks like they are correct.

Well it looks like the highly anticipated Minecraft: Pocket Edition update could be heading our way very soon. This update will be the one that brings crafting to Minecraft: Pocket Edition, something which we have been babbling to you about for the past few weeks with little teaser photos.
Back in March of this year Sega released the latest edition to their Virtua Tennis series of games, a mobile optimized title called Virtua Tennis Challenge. At the time of the game’s release, it was made available only for the Xperia Play with a release date for all other Android devices being in May 2012.
Over on the official Gameloft Facebook page, the company has started teasing what they are calling their next ‘blockbuster’ game that will be arriving on iOS and Android soon. Gameloft is teasing their fans in a rather unique way though, by having all of us removing pixels from a black image which will eventually reveal exclusive art from the upcoming game and, in turn, letting us know what the game actually is.
Since the funding for Shadowrun Returns has completed and the game will indeed be made, slated for release on Android tablets, one big feature that a lot of people were hoping for is multiplayer. While it was said that multiplayer wouldn’t be coming, at least not right away, we now have more confirmation that it will most likely arrive but it will be after the game’s launch.
Splash Damage is a game development company that has been around for quite some time, developing a lot of first-person shooter type of games as well as team-based titles. Having been in the traditional gaming industry for awhile now, Splash Damage seems to have turned their sights over to mobile gaming and are currently developing their first title called RAD Soldiers.
Last week saw Japanese game development studio Asobimo release their first English localized game which happens to be an MMORPG called Iruna Online. Well following that, this week we are treated to yet another Asobimo game translated over to English which is another MMORPG called Celes Arca.
