Currently in a Kickstarter campaign until July 18th (and not yet funded), Legends of Fire and Steel is a game that focuses on capturing territories. Legends is turn based, with a fantasy flavor to it. The developers, Boomzap to be specific, we are currently developing it for both desktop (PC and Mac), as well as ‘mobile tablets’, which includes Android. As an aside, while they don’t specifically mention it, I personally suspect that it’s a game that requires some larger screen space, hence the omission of phones.

During E3 2015 Zynga has the next installment into the CSR racing game franchise available for media to check out. However up until now we couldn’t talk about it. Today Zynga has finally dropped the veil and has revealed details about CSR2 as well as some in-game footage to show off some of the gameplay.
Don’t Starve is a great game to play on PC, regardless as to whether you play it on your own or team up with your friends. Not too long ago Klei stated that a mobile version of Don’t Starve could work, but nothing much came after that in the way of details or information as to whether a mobile version would be coming. Now it seems that a mobile version is clearly in the works as Klei has teased Don’t Starve Pocket Edition on Instagram.
Spacetime Studios has announced that the newest content expansion for their MMORPG on mobile called Arcane Legends has now gone live. This content expansion will begin with everyone in the game having the option to participate in an event which will essentially ‘open’ the expansion for everyone.
GungHo Entertainment announces their Anime Expo line-up and reveals a new Puzzle & Dragons game
We usually don’t cover events like the Anime Expo or the San Diego Comic Con unless there happens to be something related to mobile gaming showing up at those events for some reason. Well GungHo Entertainment is actually one of a few game development companies going to this year’s Anime Expo and today the company revealed their line-up of games they will be showing off there. Interestingly enough, one of those games is a new Puzzle & Dragons title coming to mobile soon.

One of the more highly anticipated MOBA games for Android has been in a beta testing phase for quite awhile now, with the developers having tweaked and tweaked this version of the game the entire time. However, if you didn’t get into the beta, you’ve only been able to sit on the sidelines this entire time.That will be changing soon though as Vainglory now has an official release time frame for Android devices.
Released by Yellow Monkey Studios, Socioball is a new puzzle game that’s set to go live on July 1st. In this game, players are tasked with getting a ball to move from point A to point B. The challenge lies in the layout of the board; to wit, there is a board comprised of tiles, on which the ball will roll with some of the tiles missing.
A couple of weeks back during E3 2015, one of the bigger games announced for mobile was a new Torchlight game, appropriately named Torchlight Mobile. While the game was announced and demos were played, a more official list of features wasn’t available since the game is still deep in development.
Well, we never thought this day would happen when we would be announcing an official Pokemon game for mobile, but apparently it looks like it finally will be happening. Today the Pokemon Company has announced that they will be releasing Pokemon Shuffle Mobile onto mobile devices soon. This is a step in the right direction even though it isn’t the type of Pokemon game most people are hoping for.
Square Enix is working on a new Final Fantasy Adventure title, although we will probably never see it
Word on the internet is that Square Enix is currently making a new Final Fantasy Adventure title. If this series doesn’t sound familiar to you, that is because somewhere in the past Final Fantasy Adventures became the Secret of Mana. It is also known by different names in different regions, with Europe knowing it as Mystic Quest, while Japan has it named as Seiken Densetsu: Final Fantasy Gaiden.
