Released by Kumkwat Entertainment LLC, Break the Grid is a fairly new puzzler to be released on Android. In this game, players will be tasked with removing all the blocks in a grid. There are a couple of rules that players will need to keep in mind, when attempting to clear the grid.

Released on December 16th, Storycentric Worlds and Unimatrix Productions have given us The Filmmaker. This is the third of their text adventure games that combines elements of interactive fiction, visual novels and gamebooks with a graphic user interface very reminiscent of early 1990’s text adventures. While not a sequel or direct continuation of their previous two games, Lifestream and Shady Brook, the game does provide players of those games little Easter eggs throughout.
Released by ArmNomads LLC, Cubway is an ambient puzzler that’s been recently made available on Android. In this game, players will look to manipulate a cube, working its way toward the end of the level, which is usually the the other end of the screen. And while that may seem bland on the surface, there are a myriad of environmental effects to account for, and visual highlights to enjoy.
Empty. began as Dustyroom Games’ entry into the Ludum Dare Game Jam challenge number 37. With the theme of “One Room,” they created an extraordinarily minimalistic and genuinely clever puzzle game, and the experimental game has come to Android devices.

Usually we do our weekly round-up of Android games on sale each Friday, but while this week’s list is on a Friday, it is probably the biggest list of Android games on sale that we have seen in some time. It’s even bigger than last year’s list, or looks like it is. This list contains all the games on sale right now for a limited time, not including the previous articles earlier this week on other games going on sale. The goal of Animoca Brands’ bizarre new clicker game is to fill the glutinous Leon’s gullet in a search for salivary satisfaction. Players need to help Leon’s Holiday mission by tapping as fast as possible to gorge on as much culinary cuisine as possible in order to gain ample weight. Because, as we all know, the Holidays were made for stuffing ourselves with as much food as humanly possible.
Nvidia, the gaming hardware company, features games that run well on their hardware, and sometimes exclusively so. Like many other companies, they’re offering deep discounts on many of these games. Some of them are native to Android, while others must be steamed using their subscription service called GeForce Now. And do make note of the fact that any games purchased through GeForce Now also comes with a redemption code from either Steam or GOG, so the games can still be enjoyed offline, and independently of the streaming service, albeit on a PC.

Flaws plague this game, from bad translation to stability issues to poor controls.
Entropy: A Quest for Harmony is a unique, relaxing puzzle game that involves rotating elements around triangles in 2 dimensional geometric spaces to achieve a balance. There are over 60 puzzles in which equilibrium must be found, with new mechanics being added over the course of levels increasing in both challenge and complexity.
Released by IceSpark, LinkWords is a puzzle game that’s recently been released on Android. In this game, players will look at a board of jumbled letters, and seek out words, a la Word Searches that can still be found in newspapers and activity books. Players will be given a square that is populated with a grid of letters.
