The developer of the insanely popular game Angry Birds are projecting revenue from the Android version (only the Android version) of roughly 1 million per month from ads displayed in-game. While numbers vary on downloads with reports of 5-8 million, at this point it is a huge amount of money.
GameString, the company that is bringing gaming in the ‘Cloud’ technology to any device that can access it. In our article yesterday regarding playing World of Warcraft on Android devices, GameString were responsible for this accomplishment. Called “A Mystical Land”, developed by Mad Otter Games and publishers Neonga, this 3D MMORPG will be landing on pretty much every platform imaginable.
