While on the topic of shooter style games, another one landed on the market today called Gravity Fights, developed by Fadosoft. While not the usual scrolling shooter type game, you move through tunnels shooting enemies and flicking power switches which eventually opens a door for your to pass through. The graphics are pretty good in this title as well.
In the wide world of Space Invader style games that exists on the Android market, to differ from the rest of them you have to be able to offer up a unique experience, fun addictive game play and some good eye candy. A lot of the games in this genre fall short in one form or another. Revolution 2217, developed by ToJam Games is an attempt to change that.

Well after taking two days off for Easter it’s time to dive right back into things and what better way to do that then to showcase some updates to some big gaming titles. The developer of Blastosis: Invasion, Siliconis Games, sent me a nice little email to tell me about his game being released onto the Android market. So off I went to go download it and give it a whirl. Blastosis: Invasion is a space shooter game where your fly your ship around shooting everything that comes at you and gain power-ups along the way while enjoying some great graphics.
