Back in March of last year during GDC 2012 we sat down with InnoGames’ Head of Public Relations Dennis Heinert where we talked about the company’s catalog of MMORTS games and how they would be heading to Android soon. Since then Tribal Wars arrived and is still labeled as a beta. One of their other big MMORTS titles called Grepolis has also been slated for release onto Android and it looks like the game could finally be getting released soon.

Wizards of the Coast are about to host a year-long event called ‘The Sundering’ which will be taking place across different forms of media and platforms. The event is designed to reshape the Forgotten Realms world and one of the platforms involved is Android with a game we’ve talked about a couple of times already called Dungeons & Dragons: Arena of War.
Thecle’s rather popular hack ‘n slash dungeon crawler called Deprofundis is getting a 2.0, or a sort of sequel, called Deprofundis: Requiem. This new game will feature new HD graphics to enjoy while you’re hacking up monsters and there are some very unique features that owners of the original game will want to know about.
Herocraft has announced that they will be publishing a new TCG soon that will be based off of the Warhammer 40K franchise. This new TCG will be arriving for both iOS and Android gamers who are fans of the Warhammer 40K franchise although the title’s release isn’t for a bit.
The other day we talked about the fact that Gameloft’s next installment into the Asphalt racing series of games had been delayed and that the August 8th, 2013 release date given during the Google Nexus 7 event wasn’t an exact nor official release date. That was some bad news but today we have some good news with Gameloft announcing the actual release date for the game via their Twitter account.
You may remember us talking about the Android version of Baldur’s Gate: Enhanced Edition and its development being put on hold due to contractual conflicts that had arisen. The iOS version was also pulled from the App Store for the same reason. It seems as though an agreement has been reached, something we weren’t sure was actually going to happen, and the iOS version is back on the App Store which could indicate that the Android version is also back in development.
Blue Button Games will soon be bringing their physics-based puzzle game Polarity over to Android. Currently this game is on Steam Greenlight as it attempts to get enough votes to be officially launched on Steam. Polarity also happens to fully support the Oculus Rift as well which would actually make playing this game pretty entertaining to say the least.
[Updated] Upcoming movie Mortal Instruments: City of Bones will be getting its own game on August 15th
Mortal Instruments: City of Bones is an upcoming movie that is based off of a series of novels that will be arriving in theaters on August 21st, 2013. Well that won’t be the only place Mortal Instruments will be arriving at as an official Android game has also been announced which will be based off of the movie.
Earlier this month we talked about Crescent Moon Games who happens to have a few titles on the way to Google Play in the very near future. One of those titles also happens to be trying to get on Steam through the Greenlight project and is called Mines of Mars. Well the fine folks over at Crescent Moon Games have released another trailer for this game showcasing more of the gameplay that will be arriving with Mines of Mars.
For those of you eager to get your hands on the next installment in Gameloft’s Asphalt racing series, it turns out that the game has been delayed. According to one of the Gameloft Community Managers, the August 8th release date given during Google’s Nexus 7 press event was not an official release date.
