It’s Friday and time for our usual round-up of all the Android games on sale right now for this weekend. There actually happens to be quite a good selection of games currently being discounted, including some titles we haven’t seen on sale before and others we haven’t seen in some time now.
Ubisoft released a rather unique game today onto Android in the form of Rabbids Appisodes The Interactive TV Show. Based around the Rabbids Invasion TV Show, this application/game allows users to interact with episodes from the TV show itself. If you haven’t heard of this show, it is probably because you don’t watch a lot of UK Nickelodeon.
Nvidia’s LTE Enabled Shield tablet has had an update pushed out to it, beginning yesterday. While the details for some of what the update addresses are vague, there is a specific one that it also addresses, in that it patches the bug known as Stagefright.
Back in June of this year we reported on a new Final Fantasy game currently being developed called Final Fantasy Adventures. Unfortunately there is a good chance that the Western market won’t see this game, but you never know. It hasn’t been confirmed yet that it won’t be released in the West either.
Apparently our friends over at Tin Man Games have been rather busy as of late, or at least that is what we are guessing since the company has release two new interactive gamebooks onto Android today. Both new releases are part of Tin Man Games’ Gamebook Adventures series, with GA 11: Songs of the Mystics and GA 12: Asuria Awakens.
The other day we posted about a new content update heading to Taichi Panda soon called Overlord. Snail Games had only just started teasing what would be coming with this update, showing off only two pets and nothing else at the time. Apparently development and testing went super well though as the Overlord update is now live and available for download.
We recently reported on Exos Saga coming to Android devices. Oozoo and Eyedentity Mobile want you to be able to get in on the RPG action as soon as the game is released. If you are interested, you can now pre-register for the game in the Google Play Store.
inkle’s rather popular 80 Days game will soon be getting a pretty big content update. The company is planning to release 80 Days onto PC and Mac this month and that version will be getting all kinds of content that is new and isn’t yet in the mobile version. That, however, will be short lived as the mobile version will be getting updated shortly after the PC launch with the new content as well.
