Not too long ago we reported on the fact that the creator of Flappy Bird was pondering the possibility of actually bringing the game back to life and back onto mobile devices for people to go back to sinking time into. While nothing was concrete back then, once you start pondering things like this, chances are you’ll actually go ahead and do it and that is the case here with Flappy Birds.

One of the early popular games for the Ouya console was Towerfall, a local multiplayer game where up to four people try to kill each other round after round. A new game that landed on Ouya yesterday brings us similar mechanics but this time with squacky little ducks and is appropriately named Duck Game.
[Updated] ustwo’s architectural puzzler Monument Valley will be released onto Android at some point
ustwo already has a pretty strong following on the mobile gaming scene thanks to their past releases and their latest one is doing pretty damn good already on iOS. Back in March of this year we mentioned that Nintendo was toying around with the idea of companion apps to extend the experience of their games. In that case we were talking about Animal Crossing at the time. Nintendo has long had a stanch refusal to move into the mobile market which as been reported on a few times already. However, due to a combination of terrible Wii U sales, sinking company-wide profits, and other factors, it looks like Nintendo is now finally moving into the mobile space with these companion apps and their first release confirmed as a Mario Kart 8 app.
Over the last couple of weeks since we announced that we are looking for writers, we’ve been going through each and every application that was sent into us. This was also a difficult thing because we actually had to make a decision on who to take on as new writers.
Yesterday Nvidia held their yearly press conference where they generally announce their new graphics cards for PC gaming and other goodies which does include some mobile related stuff as well. Kemco lately seems to be on quite a roll when it comes to game releases on Android, bringing a new one to Google Play almost every other week as of late, or at least it seems that way. This week is no exception to this rule either as the company has released the English version of Soul of Deva onto Google Play.
Sega’s current hit in Japan called Dragon Coins has now been released globally on Android for gamers located everywhere else. This new game is a monster collecting game but it doesn’t fall into the TCG genre but instead uses a coin dropping mechanic for the combat. By coin dropping we mean those games that have a moving tray and the coins drop once they are pushed over the edge of the platform.
There’s been a few games dealing with the art that is fake drug dealing but they are usually about trying to make the most money you can before you are caught or die. Go Kane! from SuperSike Games takes this genre to another level by adding some humor and a bit of a love story. Granted you’ve already got the girl, you just need to rescue her from the people who kidnapped her.
Nimblebit’s next games looks to bring some crazy Sin City action to Android with Tiny Tower Vegas
Las Vegas is something a few of us here at DroidGamers know quite well. That is because we are based out of Sin City. So when we hear about a game that will be themed around it and that it will be coming from the fine folks over at Nimblebit, our curiosity definitely flares up. Apparently this new game from Nimblebit, called Tiny Tower Vegas, will be heading to mobile at some point in the near future.
