Help the lone bee survive a zombie apocalypse, all while helping charity, in Zombees

Released by Bee the Swarm, Zombees is a new dual stick shooter for Android. Players will assume the role of the sole bee that’s attempting to surviving the insect equivalency of the zombie Apocalypse, brought about by insecticides. There are multiple protagonists to choose from, with a variety of stats that differ for each one. The game includes different weapons that are dropped when Zombees are killed, as well as health and speed boosts. The game includes 25 levels (with the possibility of more to come).

Unique Gamer IDs are coming to Google Play Games

This just in from the Android Official Blog, the Android team has announced a couple of new features today. First, the biggest part of the announcement: the Android team announced that they will be rolling out Gamer IDs over the next few weeks. This allows players to be able to customize their public facing gaming persona, and as achievements are racked up or leaderboards are climbed, that Gamer ID is what other people will see.

Designed in the same style as Monument Valley, this game uses optical illusions and M C Escher style visuals to be the framework for the puzzles. Within this game, players will be assuming the eponymous role of Evo, a little robo, whose job it is to explore other planets.

For those that enjoy really crazy visuals in their games, Circa Infinity is now available for Android and has plenty of it. Players will approach this game, and play it, like a platformer, though the game doesn’t hold to the conventional approach that most platformers take. Whereas one might picture moving left to right, and jumping onto platforms or over chasms, all of that is thrown out the window.

Released by Illogical Games, Fantasy Mage is (what appears to be) an upcoming top down shooter, with a fantasy spin to it. Tabbed as part Action-RPG and part hack n’ slash, players will be tasked with unleashing all sorts of wizardry an an unsuspecting army. Players will be assuming the role of a young wizard, who is tasked with defending a small village from an invading army of skeletons.
