While a lot of people are now waiting on the newly announced Galaxy of Fire – Alliances MMORTS to arrive from Fishlabs, a new MMORTS game will be heading our way this week called Celtic Tribes. Developed by Xyrality, Celtic Tribes has players building up their Celtic themed towns and waging wars against other players, all while possibly wearing fashionable kilts.
Currently available on iOS, this new MMORTS features a bit more of a cartoon look the the visuals but maintains most of the mechanics you would find in an MMORTS game. You’ll need to build and upgrade structures, research technology, create and train military units, harvest resources and wage war on your enemies.

Druids and artifacts play a role in Celtic Tribes as well where you can combine and use mysterious artifacts to your advantage whether it helps you and our village out or helps your troops during combat. Druids will also help you out during combat in a more Wizard-like type of benefit.
There is no exact release date as to when Celtic Tribes will arrive on Google Play, only that it will be arriving this week. When the game does launch, there will be a two week event in-game to celebrate Celtic Tribes on Android where players will have a great chance of finding some of the most powerful artifacts in-game.
