Kairosoft has loaded up their weapons, stocked up their ships and has set sail onto the seven seas with a new pirate themed sim game which may or may not be in direct competition with Epic Devs’ upcoming title Epic Pirate Story. Since this new Kairosoft release, called Great Pirate Island Quest, is currently for Japanese residents right now, or will be shortly anyways, the description of the game is also in Japanese.

Atomicom has been around on Android for awhile now having released a fair amount of rather successful games onto Google Play already. One of those games happens to be a rather fun racing game called Switch where players raced down a futuristic track as far and as fast as they can while switching lanes in order to avoid obstacles and beat their opponents.
One of the more recent and popular tower defense games has made the jump from Google Play to Amazon’s AppStore for all of you Kindle Fire owners out there. Developed by Melesta, Toy Defense is pretty much as it sounds, a tower defense game using military toy units as towers as well as the enemy units.
A new 3D RPG has arrived onto Google Play from XSEED Games called Ark of the Ages. This particular 3D RPG title puts you into the first-person perspective of your main character who happens to be a young knight of the Royal Order who has been dispatched to Emilie village to investigate a series of recent incidents.

While I will admit I really wasn’t aware that Platypus Day was actually a thing that exists on March 2nd but apparently Disney knew this little known fact and are planning to celebrate the holiday of the Platypuses by releasing an update for their Where’s My Perry? game on Google Play.
Nvidia has posted another video showing off another game being played on their handheld Android gaming system Project Shield. This time it is actually an upcoming Tegra 4 game called Burn Zombie Burn! by Tick Tock Games that Nvidia is showing off on Project Shield and was recently announced for Tegra 4 devices in general.
DreamWorks Animation has a movie coming out on March 22nd called The Croods, a movie about cavemen and food. Well the company is also teaming up with Rovio to bring an official The Croods game to Android and iOS, which will be arriving around the time the movie hits theaters this month.
It’s been a short while since we had our last Humble Bundle for Android go live and it seems like we could be getting the next one this month. According to some posts on the Steam forums, a poster with a rather ‘reliable source’ says that it would be coming this month. However, the post was done at the beginning of February and today is the beginning of March.
