Com2Us has globally launched their new turn-based RPG called Dragon Knights today which, up until now, had been in a location locked release for testing purposes. This particular title features team-based combat so you will be making your own group of characters to go off adventuring with.

[Update: Released] OrangePixel’s upcoming Gunslugs 2 game will be invading Android this Thursday
OrangePixel’s highly anticipated sequel to their Gunslugs game, appropriately called Gunslugs 2, will finally be launching in three days which is this Thursday, January 15th, 2015. The original game was released back in January 2013 so this sequel has been 2 years in the making essentially.
The roleplaying gamebook Bloodbones has been given a digital upgrade in an Android version of the game. The game takes place on a seafaring journey to avenge the murder of your parents at the hands of a pirate named Cinnabar.
The PlayStation franchise Fat Princess has come to Android devices in Fat Princess: Piece of Cake. A free-to-play puzzle game, Fat Princess is also available on iOS and of course the Sony PlayStation Vita. The Vita version was just released yesterday, although the Android game has been out for over a week.
Team 17 has released Flockers onto Android and with that brings all of us the story of the sheep from the Worms franchise. The sheep, who up until now have been used as a weapon by the Worms in their war, are tired of being used in such a manner and are trying to make a break for it.
If you are watching the second developer conference for Project Ara then you probably heard this announcement. For those of you who are not watching, Google has unveiled a new prototype for Project Ara called the Spiral 2 and it features a 3G modem, 11 additional modules, and other goodies.
Google’s modular solution for Android devices, called Project Ara, has its own developer conference and today marks the second one of these to be held. The really good thing about this is that if you can’t attend it, which if you are reading this then you probably are not attending, it will be streamed live and you can watch it right here.
We’ve come a long way since the early days when ‘Angry Birds’ demonstrated that mobile gaming could be more than just casual. While not on the pedigree of home consoles, Android games have certainly gained more credibility since the smart phones infancy.
2014 has been and gone, leaving us one year older and not much wiser. What it has left us with, however, is the best smartphones to date, with bigger and better core processors, screen resolutions and RAM which enables the best (and the worst) gamers out there to shoot down candy, throw birds and run through temples with ease.
The Darkside Detective is a rather cool looking mystery-filled point-and-click adventure game that will be making its way to Android soon. The idea for this game was originally conceived during one of the many game jams that happen every year.
