Rumble Entertainment are gearing up to spread their wings and transverse the world of mobile gaming with their first title called Nightmare Guardians. Actually, they will be entering the multi-platform publishing arena as Nightmare Guardians will be released across tablets as well as on the web for people to play. Two days ago Call of Duty fans were finally able to get their hands on the next installment in the Call of Duty: Black Ops series of games, appropriately named Black Ops II. It’s been about a week since Humble Bundle 4 for Android was released into the wild for all to buy and download. Featuring five games already, six if you include the unlockable Machinarium game if you chose to pay over the average amount being paid for the bundle at the time of you purchasing it, the Humble Bundle 4 for Android has seen quite a bit of success, selling over 124,000 bundles, adding up to over $760,000 in total sales in the first week. At the beginning of this month we talked about a new emulator being developed by the same folk who created the rather widely used fully working Wii emulator called Dolphin for PCs and that they were now working on building a fully functioning emulator called PPSSPP which would let you play all those favorite PSP games you still own. For those of you who have patiently waited for Sega’s upcoming revamping of the Dreamcast classic game Jet Set Radio, officially to be called Jet Set Radio HD, there is some good news finally after a long time of silence. It appears that Sega is gearing up to release Jet Set Radio on multiple platforms this month, with Android and iOS getting it on November 29th, 2012. In a bit of an interesting twist, the product listing on Sega’s site says it is already out but don’t believe that, it won’t be till the 29th.
Chillingo has released a couple of new games onto the Google Play store this morning called This Could Hurt and Grow Away. Both games are very different from each other with This Could Hurt being a 3D platformer while Grow Away is a game similar to a lot of the other ‘vs’ types of games already available on Android except this one is themed around food vs bad diet.
