Now those promises are starting to come true as Chapter 2 has arrived but not as a single new game. Instead this new chapter can be obtained through an IAP, making this a DLC expansion to the game.
Yesterday through all the jokes and such that comes with April Fools Day, Humble Bundle launched their newest bundle for PC and mobile, featuring up to six games available for one low price. Now Anuman Interactive will be bringing that original game back to life, remaking it for mobile devices. So the portable version of World of Tanks is finally going into closed beta testing, making it one step closer to release. Officially titled World of Tanks Blitz, this mobile version of the multiplayer tank combat game will have most of the features that the regular game including match with up to seven players on each team and over 100 tanks available to play as.
Nom Nom Games, which is an indie-subsidiary of Trendy Entertainment (the folks behind Dungeon Defenders), has announced that they are launching a third round of public testing for the “Alpha 1” build of their MMO game Monster Madness Online. This particular game is an action RPG shooter MMO that will also feature cross-platform gameplay on iOS, Android, PC, MAC, Linux, Steam and web browsers.
Having already been quite successful in the mobile gaming scene with games such as DragonVale and NinJump, Backflip Studios is now expanding to include third-party releases onto mobile as well. This will be done through a new company / brand called Backflip Publishing.
Holy Warp is currently developing a hybrid game called Swords & Some Magic which combine some of the mechanics found in more traditional platformers with the gameplay and mechanics of an endless runner, all of which is being made using Unreal Engine. Your goal? To reach the top of the ‘Dark Tower’.
The Mount & Blade franchise of games is currently available for PC gamers to enjoy but that is all changing today as Nvidi and Taleworld Entertainment have unleashed Mount & Blade: Warband onto Android. The joyful chaos that is this franchise is indeed ow playable on Android, complete with all the multiplayer madness that you would be hoping for.
Marvel has randomly announced that they have partnered up with GlitchSoft to develop and release a new game based on the upcoming movie Uncanny X-Men: Days of Future Past. In fact this new game will sport the same name as the upcoming movie.
