While a lot of Shield Android TV owners are waiting for the release of Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel which should be happening soon, Nvidia has announced four new games for their Shield brand of devices, all of which are now available. The new games are Half-Life 2 Episode 2, Q.U.B.E. Director’s Cut, Never Alone, and Funk of Titans.

Released by Yellow Monkey Studios, Socioball is a new puzzle game that’s set to go live on July 1st. In this game, players are tasked with getting a ball to move from point A to point B. The challenge lies in the layout of the board; to wit, there is a board comprised of tiles, on which the ball will roll with some of the tiles missing.
Well it is about that time again for another round-up of Android games currently on sale at the end of another week. This week’s list actually has some pretty good games on it, with 2K Games putting a few of their game on sale like XCOM: Enemy Withing, which we reported on earlier this week. It turns out 2K Games wanted to do more than just one game, which is fine with us!
Nickervision Studios has released a few of these simple yet addictive arcade games onto Android already. So far we have Pivot, Bing Bong, and Righty Tighty. Needless to say their new game follows a similar pattern for its name as well, with this one being called Ding Dong. Like its funny named brethren, Ding Dong also features addictive and simple gameplay, although not as simple as the first few games.
Zen Studios has released a new pinball table for there Zen Pinball platform on Android rather quietly. This new pinball table is the company’s MARS table, released awhile ago for their console version of Zen Pinball. So what exactly is MARS pinball all about?
Crossy Road, the super-popular Frogger clone released by Yodo1, has released an update to their game. This update is incorporating an element of Korean pop culture into what’s available, by offering a mix of new characters that players can opt to control. The biggest (only?) name among the bunch is Psy, the artist that wrote the song Gangnam Style.

Following up on previous deals that saw gamers getting a free copy of Grand Theft Auto San Andreas and many other titles, this one is actually pretty decent.
What once began as an Easter egg in the once formidable Project Gotham racing franchise, has spun out into its own series of games. Yes, I am talking about the dual analog, neon colored mayhem known as Geometry Wars. The franchise has enjoyed surprising success and has gone from being exclusive to Microsoft devices to becoming a multi-platform staple.

ustwo has seen an almost cult-style following form for their Monument Valley game since its release. All of those fans will be happy tomorrow, or midnight tonight, as the company will be releasing a new free DLC for Monument Valley called Ida’s Dream. If this sounds familiar, that is because this was already available in the past as part of a limited charity promotional campaign. If you didn’t get to participate in the promotion, you missed out on getting Ida’s Dream.
SEGA has announced that Sonic Runners will be dashing onto Android devices this week. Up until now, Sonic Runners has been available in select regions during a sort of soft launch period, and by select regions we mean Japan. That will, however, be changing in the next couple of days.
