However there has always been a few details we haven’t been able to fill in each time we write about this game. Things like launch date, pricing, platforms it will be on (besides the obvious), and a few other tidbits of information have all been missing until now.

En Masse Entertainment is the company behind publishing a rather big MMORPG for PC called Tera, which you’ve probably heard of. First-Order Games is a one-man indie game development studio founded by John Sahas who previously spend the past 12 years with Neversoft. He was a designed / programmer on four different Tony Hawk titles as well as 6 Guitar Hero titles. He then went back to the Activision studio family, after a short stint working with different indie studios, to take a role as Multiplayer Designer at Infinity Ward for 2 Call of Duty games. Needless to say, he has some experience. Well he has now branched off to make his own game development studio and now his first release, called Swipey Rogue, will be heading our way soon.
Hools Run is a new runner that has arrived onto Google Play and features a bit of a unique theme. Hools we are guessing is short for Hooligans and you’ll be taking control of one at a football stadium. You will be running from the police for some reason and you obviously don’t want to get caught. It’s more of a hobby running from the police for Hooligans.
Big Shiny Games today announced that they will be releasing their upcoming Sci-Fi themed game Retro Assault onto Android later this Summer. For those of you not familiar with this game, Retro Assault is a top-down action-shooter where players assume control of a futuristic state-of-the-art Starfighter Chassis which also happens to be equipped with interchangeable Combat Wing weapons platforms.
Hardline Studios has announces what will be their second release onto Android soon with a game called metaBall. Hardline Studios is the company behind the rather enjoyable space shooter Alpha Wave, but their new game is a lot different from that particular genre. After sitting and thinking of a proper way to describe this game, the best way to do it is with how the developer describes it: Marble Madness meets Q*Bert in a Tron universe.
Twin stick shooters – shoot-’em-ups that use one stick for directional movement and another for directional weapon firing – have been around for a lot longer than you might imagine. The current popularity of the genre was ignited by the release of Geometry Wars over a decade ago, first as a mini game hidden in Project Gotham Racing on Xbox and later as a standalone game in its own right. However, you need to go back 40 years to find the first ever example. It was an arcade game called Gunfight, featuring two cowboys intent on each other’s destruction. It was pretty basic stuff so you have to jump forward to 1984 and another coin-op cabinet called Robotron which, with a lone fighter up against hordes of encroaching robots, set the template for the games that were to come.
Developed by the RAD Brothers, the Adventures of Flig is a new Android game that combines a few genres into one title. This game was actually a finalist in a Nokia game development competition as well. Depending on what section of the story you’re in, you’ll either be partaking in a runner style game, an air hockey type of game, or working your way through mazes.
OrangePixel’s next title that will be eventually getting released soon is Space Grunts. We’ve reported on this game a few times already during the development process and now we all get to check out plenty of gameplay thanks to a new video from OrangePixel. If you’re unfamiliar with this game, it is a pretty unique hybrid of a roguelike turn-based action game.
Last year we reported on an amazing looking game from Uppercut Studios. Uppercut Studios is known for their well-received games Epoch and Epoch 2. Their latest game, which was expected to come out this year on mobile devices, is Submerged. We have been following this game and it looks amazing. Unfortunately, we just received notice that it will be delayed a bit for mobile devices.
