Released by WIP Games, Fusion Masters is a new card game that’s based on hatching, raising, and fusing monsters.
The Oculus Rift will be the first Virtual Reality headset to get the first CCG (Collectible Card Game) title in the near future. The game is called Dragon Front and is being developed by High Voltage and produced by Oculus Studios. Overall, Dragon Front meshes a fantasy theme with a more modern theme regarding the technology in it, for a more advanced Steampunk/Dieselpunk look to it.
Set to take place in the afterlife, Afterland is a game about a band of “misfits” that have lost their souls. This group of castoffs will travel about as a carnival that performs magic, in order to regain the souls that they’ve lost. An interesting facet of the game’s backstory is a play on how or why each character came to be a misfit.
When it comes to the collectible card game genre, there are a plethora of fantasy-themed ones out there. Then there are a few odd ball themes like the Tekken CCG one, or the Soccer Spirits game from Com2uS. We can add another odd ball one to the list today called MyRide Challenge which is themed around the world of competitive motorcycling.

Card Crawl is a hybrid game that results elements of your typical dungeon crawler, and applies them to the game of Solitaire, only the conventional deck has been modified for this game. In Card Crawl, players will look to clear the dungeon, by way of removing from play the 54 cards in a fixed deck, that represent it.
