Com2uS has released an update today for their Soul Seeker game which brings Guild Battles to it. This feature will run on a weekly basis where player-formed guilds will be pitted against each other in battle to earn points. Winning a battle will earn your more points than losing a battle of course. The guild with the most points at the end of the battle period will get rewards that can be used in future guild battles.
Back during the beginning of this month we reported on Com2uS officially announcing their next release which will be a new RPG called East Legend. Currently the game is in the final stages of testing with a limited release, which won’t last long since Com2uS has announced that the global release of East Legend will be happening in the beginning of next month.
During this year’s GDC we got to sit down with Com2uS to go over their upcoming list of games that will be heading our way over the course of this year. One of those games was a new Action-RPG called East Legend and today Com2uS has made it official by announcing that it will be arriving soon as well as having a pre-launch event go live today.
GDc is a great event to sit down with developers of all sizes to talk about current and future titles heading to our world of mobile gaming on Android. We got to sit down with Com2uS this year to take a look at what is on the way in the near future as well as what we can expect to see 6-8 months down the road.
Com2uS and their Summoners War game will be getting a new Fusion Hexagram monster soon named IFRIT, or Ifrit for the non-capital letter friend people out there. If you don’t know what a Fusion Hexagram monster is, basically these are monsters that are summoned through the use of a special summoning circle where only 4-star and 5-star monsters come out of.
It seems that the month of February is turning out to be a big month for game updates. Com2Us has announced that they will be updating their Summoners War title on Android with a major content update which will include a new Guild Battle feature. This is part of Com2Us celebrating the game’s newest achievement – surpassing 30 million downloads.
Com2Us seems to be making a pretty decent push in Android gaming so far in 2015 with the global release of a couple of games already onto Google Play. However today the company has announced that pre-launch registration is now live for their next title called Soul Seeker which will also be seeing a global release in the coming weeks.
Com2Us has globally launched their new turn-based RPG called Dragon Knights today which, up until now, had been in a location locked release for testing purposes. This particular title features team-based combat so you will be making your own group of characters to go off adventuring with.
Com2Us originally released their rather entertaining pet simulation game Kung Fu Pets to a select few countries. At the time of the game’s location locked release, it wasn’t mentioned as to whether or not this was some sort of soft launch or something else. Now it doesn’t matter since Com2Us is releasing Kung Fu Pets worldwide today.
While Gamevil has published plenty of their own games as well as a few from their third-party publishing program, it seems as though Gamevil wants to keep the momentum going by outright buying game development companies. First on Gamevil’s hit list is Com2Us which was announced as being purchased by Gamevil a few days ago. Today we have word that Gamevil has just purchased another game studio called Nine Wheels.
