We haven’t posted about a game from Herocraft in some time but today changes that with the announcement of World of Dungeons, a new game Herocraft is currently developing. This game is a little different than what you might expect from Herocraft who has made such games as the Majesty and Farm Frenzy franchises.

[GDC 2015] Interview with Niantic Labs about their upcoming alternate reality title Endgame: Proving Ground
One of the stories from GDC 2015 we had to sit on was our interview with Niantic Labs about their upcoming title called Endgame. Well today we can finally talk about everything including a bit of the gameplay we saw for Endgame: Proving Grounds. For those of you not familiar with these developers, Niantic Labs are the folks behind the rather unique location-based game Ingress. So what is Endgame: Proving Grounds about? We sat down with Niantic Labs during GDC 2015 to find out all about it.
Later this month, TRAVIAN GAMES is set to release Cheats4Hire. In this game, players attempt to guide a group of students through a school year, so that all of them pass, only they are using every cheat and trick in the book. The graphics for this game were designed by Sean Galloway, of renown in the world of comics (think Spectacular Spider-Man TV series, among other things). The press release mentioned specifically that the game will be for tablets.
Madfinger Games announced their next title just before GDC 2015 started and it was another zombie shooter called Unkilled. The company was on hand at the Unity booth at GDC 2015 showing off a technical demo of Unkilled which we decided to swing by in order to get a little hands-on time with the early build of Unkilled that they had on display.
While one of the stories we had to wait with talking about till today was Mortal Kombat X, the other title we had to sit on until now was our hands-on time with Spacetime Studios upcoming MOBA Call of Champions. We have already gone into great detail about this game when we had our pre-GDC 2015 interview with Spacetime Studios but we didn’t get to do any sort of hands-on with the game itself until GDC 2015 actually started.
Rovio is keeping the Angry Birds train rolling forward with a new release today called Angry Birds Stella POP!. Based off of the morally conscience Angry Birds Stella game, this is a match-3 puzzle spin-off that deals with saving exotic critters. Of course taking out the evil pigs is still a part of the game as well. Mind you it is a bit ironic to save exotic creatures while getting rid of pigs which is also a creature of the world last time I checked.
A couple of weeks ago Square Enix announced an entirely new mobile Final Fantasy game that will be heading our way soon called Final Fantasy: Record Keeper. Since that announcement pre-registration has been available for those of you who know you are going to be getting this game when it launches. As per usual, when you pre-register for a game, you end up getting an in-game bonus/reward or two when the game actually launches.
One of the games we were very eager to try out during GDC 2015 was NetherRealms’ Mortal Kombat X for Android devices. When we got to where the game was being shown, it was in a nice dark conference room behind closed doors with both the console version as well as the mobile version being available to play. Without wasting any time we went over to the table where all the tablets were, sat down, and began playing Mortal Kombat X while talking to one of the developers working on the project.

The next installment into the Dungeon Hunter franchise by Gameloft finally has a release date and it is a lot closer than you may be thinking. Dungeon Hunter 5 will be arriving onto Android this month and, in fact, it will be arriving in less then two weeks.
[Update: Release Date] Hands-on with RAD Boarding, an upcoming Android game published by Noodlecake Games
Noodlecake Games may be publishing Glorkian Warrior tomorrow but the company has a few other games heading our way in the near future after that. One of those games is RAD Boarding and as it happens the developers were on hand at GDC 2015 which means we got to do a little hands-on with RAD Boarding.
