One of the finest strategy games you can come across on Android is Anomaly: Warzone Earth, and its follow-up Anomaly Korea. For the uninitiated, both these games put a twist to the age-old tower defense formula, where instead of you being on the side of the towers, you are now in control of a convoy making its way through a maze of alien machines.
With Square Enix’s recent announcement of nine Dragon Quest games heading to mobile over the next little while, one would expect that the first hands-on video from the upcoming mobile versions of the franchise would be of the first game. Now Square Enix has announced that a bunch of Dragon Quest games are heading to mobile soon.
Gameloft’s next installment into their Modern Combat franchise which was slated for release near the end of this year has been postponed until sometime in the earlier part of 2014. Modern Combat 5 was announced and shown off during E3 2013 this year in a demo version but apparently development on the game is taking a bit longer than had been expected.

Their Kickstarter campaign was so successful that Android and Ouya versions were confirmed to be in the works as well.
