On Friday we started our giveaway for a shiny new 16GB Nexus 7 Android tablet that the fine folks over at nVidia decided to donate towards our week long celebration where we are doing giveaways every day. So far we’ve given out a ton of stuff to our readers and believe it or not we still have more! So this may end up being a week and a half celebration instead.

The Superbowl is only a couple of days away and already we are able to check out a lot of the commercials that will be aired during the game. For those of you not familiar with the Superbowl tradition when it comes to commercials, most companies that can afford to air a commercial during the football game spend millions of dollars to make the best, and usually the funniest, commercial for the whole year.
OUYA just made a Facebook post updating everyone on the status of the pre-orders for their upcoming Android-based game console. For those of you who have been on the fence about pre-ordering one, which would have you receiving one by April 2013, time is running out if you want to get in on the pre-order action.

It looks like nVidia could have much bigger plans then they let on during CES 2013. During that show the company revealed quite a few new products such as nVidia’s GRID cloud game streaming service, their GeForce Experience (mostly for PC gaming), Project Shield and their new Tegra 4 chipset. Well that might not be the end of it there either, at least according to the Russian tech site Mobile Review.
So we have been hinting at some giveaways that we would be holding since the beginning of January with the revealing of our little car and the site redesign. We still have even more goodies up our sleeves for you that will be arriving in the next few weeks and to celebrate all that has happened already and will be happening, we wanted to do some giveaways for our readers.
It looks like OUYA really likes to listen to feedback from everyone regarding their upcoming Android-based console. One thing that is very important to good gaming is a good controller and it seems that after taking into account a lot of feedback that they have come up with a new design with multiple improvements.
The world of tech blogs seems to be rather excited today as a few rumors and announcements have happened with one of the main ones coming from Sony who officially announced (or confirmed depending on how you look at it) their upcoming quad-core, and ultra thing, Xperia Tablet Z. While we still get to deal with one letter names, at least now we can tack on the Xperia brand name on there as well.

Every year the Consumer Electronic Show is flooded with over caffeinated tech journalists, bloggers and enthusiasts feverishly hoping to glimpse the future of technology. It’s akin to Christmas for the world of tech. On any given year CES is the de facto for debuting PC hardware, various gizmos and the occasional gaming peripherals.
Archos was present at CES 2013 and they had a few tablets available for us to get some hands-on time with. While the one we were most interested in happen to be there, the Gamepad, Archos also had another tablet there that caught our interest, the Familypad 2.
