The mobile division of Techland, called ShortBreak Studios, has released a new challenging puzzle game onto Android called Litron. This particular game is a retro-style title featuring 60 levels that will challenge a player’s wit and reflexes at the same time each level.
Simple Machine recently released a game called Pop the Lock onto iOS a few days ago and it has taken off quite nicely for itself, garnering over a million downloads in a few days. For those of us on Android, we too will be getting Pop the Lock as it is slated for release onto Google Play later this month.
Armor Games has announced the release date for the mobile version of Soda Dungeon today. Developed by AN Productions and Poxpower, and being published by Armor Games, Soda Dungeon is a unique dungeon crawler with a tavern/beverage theme to it.
Inspired by the “spaghetti westerns” of yore, Mad Dash – Canyon Run is an endless runner released by Adam Walker Studwell. In Mad Dash, players will assume the role of Pazzo, who was formerly a member of the Nine Spades gang, the rest of whom double-crossed Pazza and stole his share of the loot.
Lost Qubixle is a new puzzle game released on both Google Play and Amazon. Players will be tasked with reconstructing collapsed (cubr shaped) stars. Players will receive assistance from an often forgetful robot named Qubie, in their venture to complete the puzzles, of ehich there are over forty.
Release by Whitedog, makers of The Maze and Craftup, Little Ponchy is a vertical stylized endless runner. Players assume the role of Ponchy, who appears to be a little boy who wears a variety of animal costumes. Players will need to steer Ponchy clear of the various obstacles, avoid the bombs, and to see how long they can keep Ponchy going.
Released by DMS, Busker Boss is a “text-based strategy RPG Music game”, according to the devs. Players will assume the role of a struggling musician, attempting to make a sustainable amount of income and keep the dream of stardom alive.
Orlyapps has released their first Android game onto Google Play called Commander Cool 2, which is a retro-inspired arcade platformer. Players will take control of Commander Cool as he travels through time, taking out bad guys and trying to stop a janitor who has become evil after finding a time machine in a lab he was cleaning.
Poi Goodson is just a harmless little boy with nothing overly unique about him. He was raised in a conservative household that follows all of the traditional ways of life and behaviors. However, his family lives in Hipsville, which is a town that prides itself on keeping up with the times, using the latest and greatest of anything and everything that comes out. Poi wants to be cool like everyone else in Hipsville and with the release of the newest smartphone, he has a chance to be just that.
Released by Phure Studios, Goro Goro Hero is an endless runner styled game that just dropped onto Android today. In Goro Goro, players are seeking to escape an active volcano, by rolling down the side of it. The game is played in 3D, with players tapping the screen to jump and tilting to roll in a particular direction.
