Albion Online is a MMORPG a lot of people are looking forward to play. It was originally announced that the PC MMORPG would be coming to multiple platforms including Android and iOS last year and since then the game developers have been hard at work making sure everything runs smoothly. This game actually had a brief closed alpha testing period a little while ago (earlier this year), making this Summer Alpha the second time the game has opened up to the public.

The venerable survival genre is nearly as old as gaming itself, dating back at least to Oregon Trail and survival modes in tower defense games. For a substantial period of time, Japanese survival horror games nearly became synonymous with the entirety of the genre. These days, fleeing from monsters still dominates the genre thanks to games such as Left 4 Dead, Day Z and Slender Man.
Tearaway is a platformer, set in a word where everything inside (villains, landscape, protagonist, etc) are all made of colored paper. It was originally released for the PS Vita, with another version coming to the PS4 this Fall with a similar name, Tearaway Unfolded. Along with the console release will come a companion app that allows a second player to partake of the experience as well.

Mobile gamers do not have a shortage of collectible card combat games, otherwise known as CCGs or TCGs depending on how you like to word them, and most of these games are pretty decent. Some are quite good, but the majority end up in the decent sort of rating. Unfortunately that means the genre is starting to become a little tired because of the sheer amount of these types of games being released. Even so, once in awhile there’s one that comes along that looks pretty good and Warhammer: Storm of Magic looks like one of those.
Released by Mobile Gaming Studios Ltd, Cartel Kings is a comical take on organized crime. Players will assume the role of an aspiring kingpin, be it Max Muscles Donnie Dollars, Frankie Knuckles, and so on, who then goes on to take out their competition and rob them blind of their cash, loot, and more.
Asobimo Inc. has been responsible for a few rather good MMORPGs for mobile devices including the recently released Izanagi Online which turned out to be pretty good back when we went hands-on with it while in beta form. Since then it has grown nicely. The company also has a few MMORPGs currently in beta testing as well, some of which have been in beta testing for awhile. One of those is Toram Online, which is currently available for beta testing in certain locations (mainly Asia), and today it has been updated with some new content to check out.
