It is time for another Android game sale round-up for the end of this week. We are doing it today instead of our usual Friday round-up since we have already talked a lot this week about sales, so we wanted to wait till the very end of this week to make sure we get all the good games into this list this week.

A new section of the Google Play Store titled “Games You Can Feel” has brought together several games that now support haptic feedback to one place on the storefront. So if you like vibrations in your hands, Google can hook you up.
G5 Entertainment has released over 100 games on to Google Play and Amazon’s Appstore, most of which are free with IAPs. However, they also have a pretty decent sized list of games available at a premium price (but still include optional IAPs) and these particular games have had their prices reduced down to a buck.
Google has announced that they will begin using the industry standard for age ratings on Android games on Google Play. This means Android games will now have a rating similar to the ESRB rating system which is currently used to rate games on PC and console.
The ‘Wild West’ style of Google Play is ending, Google will be reviewing apps developers upload
One thing that has always been great about Google Play is that developers can immediate publish their applications and games right to the market without any wait time at all. The same goes for updates that need to be pushed to their existing apps and games. However that appears to be changing now with Google announcing that they will begin reviewing apps and games to uncover any violations (TOS violations, inappropriate content, rating violations etc etc) and malware.
Usually when we do our Android Game Sales round-ups the mid-week one and the final Friday round-up are, for the most part, pretty different. However once in a rare while it actually ends up being mostly the same. This is actually the case with this week except there are a few changes.
The Humble Bundle app, is being taken down from the Google Play Store, with the reason being they can make more improvements to it if it is not a Google Play published app.
Google is currently toying around with a rather interesting system that they may be introducing into Google Play in the near future. This system is called App Trials and it is essentially a Try-Before-Buying type of system where users can try out a game (or app) before purchasing it. Not too far off from what Ouya used to have and what a lot of PC marketplaces already currently do with PC games.
Google has been one busy company with the updates to their official apps over the past few weeks and this week is no different as the company has pushed out a major version update for the Google Play store application. The app is now officially in the version 5 numbering and with that you can expect a lot of changes both under-the-hood and visibly with the Google Play store app.
Google has begun rolling out new changes to the Google Play store today that add some much needed information to current and future Google Play listings. Right now a listing for a game, as an example, currently tells us that it contains IAPs. Now Google has added more information to this particular detail in that we now get to see the range of pricing for the IAPs included in that particular game.
