EA has just released a free version of Tetris, the official Tetris that is and not any sort of slight variant version that you can find on the Android Market by searching for Tetris. However, by releasing this free version, EA has almost made the paid versions pointless.
Kajak Games has an interesting little course they hold with University of Kajaani students in Finland. They take sixty students and, over the time of the course, develop games while teaching game development. This year they included mobile games and now you can expect three new games heading our way.

Red Robot, however, has brought another one to Android called Life Is Crime which, as you may have guessed from the title, is a crime game instead of a zombie or fantasy one.
G5 Entertainment has release a sequel to their time management game called Supermarket Mania. In this new game, named Supermarket Mania 2, you’ll be joining the main character from the first one yet again as she takes on managing various supermarkets.
Sony Ericsson says it has plan for the Xperia Play regarding future content, especially when it comes to Triple-A game titles. We saw the list of upcoming games for the Xperia Play when GamesCom 2011 started and most of those games were already out.
The announcement that R-Type is coming to Android Sept. 12th should have your retro gaming hunger in need of a fix right now, we feel it’s our job to just make it worse. With that said, there is another retro-style shooter coming our way called Disciples of the Space Goddess.
