[UPDATE: Game Released] Mount your steed. Arcane Knight is coming to Android in the near future.
Corvus Games will soon release a fascinating action-based endless runner game entitled Arcane Knight. Yes, another endless runner. Though the endless runner genre is overcrowded with games, if it looks fun to play, I can’t help but download them to try them out. I for one never tire of endless runners. There is always space on my devices for one or two really good ones. Especially when they throw in a little twist. Corvus games has done that with Arcane Knight. Mount your steed and get ready for combat in this impressive looking medieval combat game.
Released by E-Link Entertainment, Air Force Fury is a new action-strategy game for Android. Players will look to oversee an air force that is vying for global supremacy. Players will need to manage their own base, create a fleet of fighter jets, gunships, bombers, and even mechs, en route to aerial supremacy.
Studio Baikin is an independent game studio based in Lyon, France. What we know about this studio is that they produce good games that have a visual aesthetic that captures you. They are the creators of Dark Guardians, Climax and Slashing Demons. Their latest game Atomi, is a logic-puzzle game that is just as enjoyable as their last puzzle game Climax, though they are a bit different from one another.
Generally when talking about multiplayer shooters, it is usually in the form of an FPS game. When it comes to Hero Forces, it is actually a third-person shooter instead. Up until today this game had been in a limited release, but as of now it is available globally on Android.
Released by pH Works, KILL is a new shooter that’s now out for Android devices. KILL has little for a story, but what it does have is somewhat philosophical, entertaining the notion that people are ideas, as opposed to being defined by their corporeal aspects, so each of the geometric shapes represents a thought.
Earlier this month Square Enix announced that Final Fantasy IX would be heading to mobile devices this year. Since that announcement there hasn’t been too much in the way of details about what exactly would be arriving in the mobile version. It’s a safe bet, however, that all of the content should make it into this version, it was mentioned that the graphics would be getting an upgrade and the ATB system will remain intact.
[Update: Released] See if you can “beat the beat” in Dub Dash, finally arriving onto Android next month
Set to be released by Headup Games, and developed by Incodra, Dub Dash is a new rhythm game that’s coming soon to Android, which we originally reported on back in September 2015. It was originally slated for release in Q4 2015, but as you can tell, it is a bit late on hitting Google Play. Today, however, we have a more specific release time for Dub Dash.
Released by Bandai Namco, Digimon Heroes! is their latest release on Android. Set in the Digimon universe, this game is a cross between card battles, and match three. In Digimon Heroes!, the story is simple: File Island has been suffering under constant struggle, and is in desperate need for someone to restore peace.
Nexon and Envision Entertainment (formerly known as EA Phenomic) have globally released their new strategy game today called Path of War. This particular MMORTS-esque type of game features a futuristic theme to it instead of a more modern war theme. While the meat of this game will fall under the multiplayer aspects, there is a storyline available as well.
