Firefly Games has been soft launching their MMORPG called Rush of Heroes in select regions over the past month and it has done quite well for itself during the soft launch phase. Now the company has dropped the soft launch status and replaced it today with a global launch status instead, letting everyone be able to access and play Rush of Heroes.

Joycity’s vertical flyer mashup called Elemental Wings has now launched globally. I use the term mashup as the game is a vertical flyer/shmup, RPG, and CCG rolled into a single game that we previously mentioned. In this game, players will assume the role of an “Elemental Wing”.
Ink Vial Studios in collaboration with Noodlecake Studios releases Brickies. A colorful and fun brick-breaking game.
Noodlecake Studios is almost synonymous with fun game play, when it comes to mobile games. This time around they have teamed up with Ink Vial Studios to bring Brickies to the Google Play Store. I have been enjoying playing Anodia 2 by CLM Games, but Brickies has enough twists and excitement of its own, that I have gladly added it to my library of quick and fun games to play. As the title suggests, this is a brick breaking game, but great design choices elevate it beyond the norm.
Text based games have risen in popularity lately. These days, good games in this genre are not as difficult to find as they used to be. Today, 3 Minute Games has unleashed their latest project, Lifeline. It was released to much acclaim on iOS not too long ago, so it is good to see it arrive for Android devices. If you are ready for a thrilling sci-fi adventure, buckle up and get ready to blast off.
Holy Water Games in collaboration with Chillingo, has released a sequel to the popular game, Feed Me Oil, that was released back in June 2011. Feed Me Oil arrived in the Google Play Store a year later in 2012. Now, we have the latest and greatest from Holy Water Games, and it is Feed Me Oil 2. Their slogan for this game is, “Oil and water mix for the first time…”
Tomorrow Corporation, the makers of World of Goo and Little Inferno, have announced a new game that they’ll be releasing in the future, called Human Resource Machine. While there isn’t much to go on at this point, players will be assuming the role of some type of corporate middle-management.
WimblePong is a new retro-style tennis game from developers Gazzapper Games. While this game features retro-style graphics, it does use the Pro Tennis Scoring system to keep track of everything. This means that it isn’t a re-skinned version of Pong, although the controls and gameplay are as simple as Pong.
Fans of Soccer (or Football depending on what you like to call it) games have a new one to check out this morning called Striker Soccer America 2015 from U-Play Online. This is the latest installment into the Striker Soccer franchise and has players taking on the challenge of taking one of the national teams to the top of the 2015 Copa America of Chile.
Earlier today we posted about 505 Games unveiling that they would be bringing their critically acclaimed game Brothers – A Tale of Two Son to mobile devices later this year. Well the company also has other mobile goodness happening at E3 2015 besides Brothers – A Tale of Two Son being there and coming to Android.
Recoilman is the first game from a new game development studio called Foam Creature which will be arriving onto Android later this year. Apparently Recoilman is almost too macho of a superhero, and that even his moustache alone can get a phone number with barely any effort. He also used to be evil but got sick of corrupted bankers and politicians. He’s a bit confused.
