Our friends over at Guild Software, the folks behind the long running cross-platform space MMORPG Vendetta Online, have been busy these days with a new project. Today they have decided to pull the curtain back on that project which is bringing Virtual Reality support to their Vendetta Online title.
Last year the folks who maintain the Multiple Arcade Machine Emulator, or MAME for short, announced that they would be making the entire project open source. Now, 10 months later, that has become a reality as the process has been declared a success finally.
Twitch is a great platform to watch broadcasters playing games, regardless of the platform they are playing it on, and having gamers watching them do that or the latest eSports event. However, one major feature that has always been missing from the mobile application has been the ability to properly support your favorite streamer with a subscription.
IGG’s Clash of Lords 2 game on Android has hit the 2yr old mark, and to celebrate that the company has released an update for it. While part of the update adds features and new heroes just like as if it were a typical update, the other portion adds a few goodies for players to enjoy that are themed around the anniversary celebration.
Fincon, the developers behind the cross-platform multiplayer Action-RPG title Angel Stone, has released their big 3.0 update called The New Beginning. This update brings all kinds of changes, improvements, and content/feature additions to the game.
Currently the cross-platform MMORPG Albion Online is in the middle of their fourth month of being in the final closed beta testing phase. Once this closed beta phase is done, this game should be fully launching onto all platforms, hopefully. The company behind the game, Sandbox Interactive, has actually done pretty well in regards to keeping everyone updated on how the game’s development is progressing, as well as keeping the updates to the game itself flowing.
As it draws closer to the big update release for Fedeen Games’ mobile MMORPG called Forsake World Mobile, the company has revealed more details as to what players can expect when the update arrives. So far Fedeen Games has revealed that this big update will bring a massive world event style dungeon called the ‘Epic Dungeon’, where everyone on the server can participate towards the end goal/boss fight.
Snail Games has released the first major update for their other MMORPG on mobile devices called Age of Wushu Dynasty. If you aren’t familiar with this particular game, this is actually based off of the PC MMORPG that Snail Games has been publishing for awhile now with the same name, minus the Dynasty part that is.
Fallout Shelter, Bethesda’s take on the Tiny Towers style of game, has received a fairly significant update. For the uninitiated, players will be creating and managing their own fallout shelter, with all the characters being rendered in the style of Vault Boy.
Nexon Korea has pushed out a new update for their RPG called Legion of Heroes. This particular RPG is one of those titles we label as a ‘collectible RPG’, since you end up collecting a bunch of heroes to use, far more than you would in a typical RPG. The Mythic Update, as this is called, brings a new raid, new level cap, a couple of new heroes and more.
