Since the Nvidia Shield Android TV is almost upon us, and with lots of us being happy that the 500GB model is actually a real thing, we figured that we would list ten games that will be making the jump from PC/Consolel to the Shield Android TV console, many of which should be available at launch. Some of these games are currently available for the Shield tablet and portable already. Most of these games also made a brief appearance during Nvidia’s GDC 2015 press conference as well.
Since it originally launched on PC and Mac back in March of last year, Blizzard’s fantasy-themed digital collectible card game, Hearthstone: Heroes of Warcraft, has amassed a rather large community of players around the world that encompasses everyone from casual players to professional gamers competing in large tournaments for real cash prizes. In the past there have been rumblings of Nvidia working on a new Shield Portable. Although there is still no official word on it, another certification, this time for the RRA in South Korea, points to it being something coming soon.
A week ago yesterday we reported on Strider landing on Nvidia’s gaming-on-demand service called GRID. Along with that news we also mention that two other games would be arriving as well, one of those DIRT 3 and the other being LEGO Movie The Videogame. Well the latter is now available on GRID, leaving only DIRT 3 to arrive, which will most likely be this upcoming Tuesday.
