The original Resident Evil was released in 1996, and has forever changed the landscape of horror video games. Now it’s 2015 and the Resident Evil franchise is still alive and well, unlike the many zombies featured throughout the series. Nvidia’s GRID service will hit 40 titles the same day as their GDC 2015 press event happens. Saints Row IV, Alan Wake, and Metro Last Light Redux coming to GRID this month.
More evidence is coming to light that whatever Nvidia is planning to announce at GDC 2015 has something to do with their gaming on demand service GRID. Today Nvidia has announced that there will be a total of 40 titles available on GRID soon. In fact the next three titles which will push the GRID catalog to 40 are some rather big games.
A few days ago the NVIDIA Shield Portable got software upgrade 101, an optional update to help enhance emulator performance.
Amazon is currently offering up a bit of a deal when it comes to purchasing a Nvidia Shield Tablet from their site. This isn’t a sale on the Shield Tablets where the price of the tablet is discounted. Instead Amazon is offering buyers a $30 Amazon Gift Card with a purchase of a Shield Tablet.

However before you go rushing out to get it there is one thing you need to know, it is only available for the Nvidia Shield Portable… at least for right now anyways. Nvidia has sent out invites to the media for an event that they will be hosting on March 3rd, 2015 at GDC (the Game Developer’s Conference) in San Francisco. We will be covering the entire GDC event as always and this includes Nvidia’s press event. CES 2015 begins this week and as most of you know, yesterday and today happens to be press conference day, where all the major companies out there hold press conferences to announce their newest gadgets, phones, tablets, wearables, and so on. So far there have been a few events already and one of those was Nvidia’s Press Conference where the company announced their newest superchip for mobile devices called the Tegra X1.
