Crazy news this morning for fans of old school RPG series, DotEmu has announced that they will be bringing the Ys Chronicles to Android in the near future… well the first game at least. For those of you not familiar with this franchise, Ys is a JRPG franchise that originally released in North America in 1990 under the slightly different name Ys Book I & II. However Ys Chronicles was a remake of those games, with a bunch of enhancements and packed together, before being released in the early 2000s for PC and the PSP which is where it gained a lot of popularity, not that it wasn’t popular back in the early 1990s.

Nexon Korea announces another mobile title coming our way soon called Fantasy War Tactics. Beta sign-ups are now live.
Nexon seems to be on a bit of a roll lately with mobile game announcements and releases. So far in the last month or so Nexon has announced a partnership with Square Enix for a new Final Fantasy game called Final Fantasy Grandmasters, and held a closed beta for their upcoming TCG title called Mabinogi Duel which was actually pretty decent. More recently they also teamed up with Big Huge Games for the release of DomiNations. So the company has been pretty busy in the mobile game realm.
If there isn’t enough betas to be a part of that are starting soon than here is one more for you to check out. Herocraft has begun beta testing their Warhammer 40K: Space Wolf game for Android. We originally reported on this game back in August of 2013 and it has been in development since then. It appears a lot has changed since our original article as well.
Rovio announces Angry Birds Fight! with two unusual trailers featuring Sumo Wrestlers and strange children
So Rovio has announced a new Angry Birds game that will be heading our way soon called Angry Birds Fight! and what better way to announce a new Angry Birds game then with Sumo Wrestlers and strange children right? Right. If you think this is a head-to-head brawler featuring the Angry Birds, which actually would be kind of cool, then we are here to tell you that it isn’t.
Square Enix has a couple of interesting bits of news today and one of them happens to be a new trailer for their upcoming Mobius Final Fantasy (previously titled Mevius Final Fantasy) game which will be arriving for mobile soon. In this new trailer, which is the first one for this game, Square Enix shows off some of the jobs, characters, and gameplay that will be arriving when the game gets released.
Mortal Kombat X from NetherRealm has officially been released onto all platforms today except for one and that is Android. Last week iOS users and gamers on PC were able to start playing the game and today marks the release of the Playstation 4 and Xbox One versions which were delayed from last weeks launch on PC and iOS. As far as we were told, the plan was to release the game for all platforms at around the same time which has basically happened. So where is the Android version?
Some rather big news this afternoon in the world of MMORPGs for mobile devices, Forsaken World will be making its way to Android and iOS in the near future. Originally released for PC gamers to play, Forsaken World Mobile will be bringing the series to mobile gamers without any cutbacks on visuals or content.

As for YouTube celebrities, that hasn’t happened yet but that is apparently changing this Summer with PewDiePie who will be getting his own mobile game soon called PewDiePie: Legend of the Brofist.

Created by Ubisoft, Driver Speedboat Paradise is the latest installment in Ubisoft’s crossplatform series, with the sales and notoriety heretofore largely stemming from consoles. Within this game, players assume the role of a rash youth who hopes to become rich and famous from racing powerboats, only to be recruited by John Tanner to assist him in combating organized crime.
