Yesterday we posted the first of what will be many lists of Android games on sale over the next few days. Since then many more games have gone on sale whether it be to celebrate Thanksgiving, tomorrow being Black Friday or just the fact that the next few days are all considered to be major sale says.
Gameloft has released another game onto Google Play and this time it is a new additional to their GT Racing series of games called GT Racing 2: The Real Car Experience. This particular racing game features both single-player and multiplayer content for car racing enthusiasts to run through.
A few days ago we reported on some news coming from Gameloft that was in regards to their newest racing game called Asphalt 8: Airborne that was recently released onto Google Play. Originally when this game launched it was priced at $0.99 but a few days ago Gameloft announced it would be changing the price of Asphalt 8: Airborne to free.
Gameloft’s newest racing game Asphalt 8: Airborne is set to get its first major update soon. This update will bring with it a new car along with the ability to add additional cars in the future at any time without the need for a major update. This means you could load up the game and one day find five new cars appearing out of the blue.
Today is Halloween and like every time this year we see an onslaught of games get updated with Halloween themed content as well as going on sale. This is a great time for Android gamers to snag a few deals and this year is no exception to that rule as there happens to be plenty of good games on sale today.
Amazon has already offered up a bunch of games on sale to celebrate today being Halloween. Apparently that wasn’t enough and so Amazon has put together a bundle of games that are all themed around zombies and are offering them all up as Amazon’s free app/game of the day.
Cie Games are the developers of the top ranked multiplayer drag racing game on iOS called Racing Rivals. During the Samsung Developers Conference that is going on right now, the company announced that an Android version is on the way and should be landing on Google Play ‘shortly’.
Welcome to another end-of-the-week round-up of Android games that are on sale right now. This week’s list is made up of a lot of leftovers from last week, all of which are good games, as well as some new additions of some pretty solid titles you’ll want to check out and possibly snag a copy of while they are on sale.
Sega has announced their upcoming line-up of games for mobile and out of the five games announced, two of them will be arriving onto Android in the near future. Of course this doesn’t mean that the other three won’t show up, just that these two are the ones arriving sooner rather than later.
Minecraft and even games earlier than that have created a trend over the last year or so with games featuring the blocky style of visuals being released. The good thing about this trend is that most of the games released using this style of visual happen to end up being good and enjoyable games to play.
