In our last post regarding the Madden 2011 game by EA Mobile, we mentioned it was coming in an update to the Droid X. The version within the update is, indeed, a demo version which we figured it would be. Upgrading to the full version will set you back $9.99 which really isn’t bad considering the quality of the game.
Based out of Canada, Ratrod Studios Inc has released their popular 3D drift racing game, Drift Mania Championship, onto the Android Market. In the fashion of Gran Turismo style of racing, you’ll have some sweet looking cars to whip around tracks, drifting all over the place and trying to get the fastest time possible for each track.
Mega Jump by Get Set Games is making the journey to Android from iOS. Having received 7.5 million downloads from the iOS version, this game is quite popular. Camel Games based their Hyper Jump game off of Mega Jump and everyone likes Hyper Jump! The goal behind the game, get your little creature as high as he can get while collecting coins!
Ninjump by Backflip Studios, the same company that brought you Paper Toss, has been ported over from the iPhone version and is now available on the Android Market. In Ninjump, you try to get as high as you can, jumping between two building and dodging all kinds of enemies and objects such as exploding bombs, other ninja, and killer squirrels.

Released yesterday onto the Android Market, Isoball is an isometric 3D puzzke game where you have to build a path using blocks to get the ball to roll from where it is resting, into the hole on each stage.
What do nuns and priests tell their congregation about ghosts and zombies? SHOOT THE @#$%ers dead! Er… dead-again. With grenades. In this 2D, side-perspective shooter, you’ll find yourself running back and forth, taking pop-shots at various ghouls and creeps over increasingly difficult waves.
TI just announced that while their older version of the OMAP processor, the 4430, hasn’t even made it to devices for public consumption yet, they are already working on a new 4440 processor. The two Cortex-A9-based cores can hit speeds as high as 1.5GHz, the current 4430 version tops out at 1GHz.
OnLive Inc, for those of you who haven’t heard about them, is a company that offers instant gaming of major game titles to your TV, PC or Mac. While normally you would have to have these games installed on your PC/Mac or own the game for your console system, OnLive lets you play them via ‘the cloud’. The Android app turns this into a spectator sport.
