This upcoming Thursday is starting to look real good in terms of game releases on Android. The newest one to make the list is the tactical squad-based strategy game Breach & Clear which we ave been following since we found out about it. Originally this game was going to be free-to-play but the developers did not want the game mechanics and fun to be ruin so they switched to making the game a full paid title instead.

Project Phoenix is an interesting mix of genres, sporting squad-based RTS gameplay meshed with RPG elements and storylines heavily influenced by the entire JRPG genre. To accomplish this feat, almost everyone on the entire development team from both the East and the West have worked on major Triple-A titles ranging from Diablo 3 to various Final Fantasy games, Halo to L.A. Witching Hour Studios has officially announced that Ravenmark: Mercenaries is coming to Android. Actually we had confirmation about both their Ravenmark games coming to Android awhile back when we first reported on both games. However now we get the pleasure to announce that the company has opened up slots for closed beta testing for Ravenmark: Mercenaries.
Crescent Moon Games has unleashed their newest title onto Google Play called Siegecraft Defender. While this may look like a standard tower defense game at first glance, Siegecraft Defender is definitely a lot more than that, almost taking the form of a MOBA in certain way with some of the game’s mechanics.
Magic 2014 Duels of the Planeswalkers has been out on Android for a bit now and Wizards of the Coast has already announced an expansion for the Magic The Gathering game during Pax Prime. This new expansion will actually be pretty decent in size with a lot more cards becoming available.
It is about that time once again to round up this week’s Android games that are on sale right now. While we didn’t do one mid-week this week due to covering Gamescom 2013, we do get to do a round-up for the end of this week. This week’s list isn’t the biggest in the world but each game on here is a pretty good title.
Konami Digital Entertainment has announced during Gamescom 2013 that they have a new TCG coming to Android and iOS soon themed around the Star Wars universe called Staw Wars: Force Collection. This game will include heroes, villains and monsters from Star Wars Episodes I-VI so there should be plenty of variety in this game.
Kabam has already released a few of their popular and large scale free-to-play MMO games onto Android and now we know what their next one will be. Dragons of Atlantis: Heirs of the Dragon is the name of the game and it just recently landed on Google Play.
Gamescom 2013 is well under way and while a lot of the focus right now is on the next gen consoles, mobile is certainly not out of the picture and is actually a pretty big part of the gaming-centric conference. To start things off, EA has made a couple of announcements with the first one being the mobile version of Dungeon Keeper which will be making its way to Android this Winter.
Electronic Arts is apparently going to be releasing another Dragon’s Age game soon but this time it will be a sort of spin-off game for mobile devices called Heroes of Dragon Age. While there isn’t a whole lot of details right now regarding this game, there are a few details available to share about Heroes of Dragon Age.
